Had a great dinner here. The best options for gluten free pizza I have seen anywhere. The chef understands cross contamination issues and all the staff is trained. I highly recommend this place! Had pasta there on 4/23/14- was another great meal. 09/26/14-Chef AJ is no longer here. The menu is horrible, might as well be any Americanized Italian chain around. No variety, no more house made giaradele or meats. Gluten free pasta is swimming in 3 times too much sauce. Very disappointed the owner decided to go this route.
First experience was spectacular. Second experience I got a gluten free pizza crust on which they poured wheat flour containing bechamel sauce. The waitress was well versed in GF/DF. The chef, not so much. Owner/manager extremely upset with kitchen. Approach with caution if you have celiac.
BEST GF pizza in Orlando so far. All of their pizzas and pastas are made fresh in house, and all can be done GF. (Bonus: my fiancé loved their fresh, Italian non-GF dishes as well!)
