Review of Wynn Las Vegas

I am not only gf but df, sf, nf, & nsf so eating out is a challenge to say the least. After reading great reviews about the Wynn we decided to check it out. We went to The Buffet restaurant and there is not enough praise out there to describe how amazing our experience was. Not only was the food options so much more than I anticipated but Chef Russell was amazing. He came out to greet us at the beginning of the buffet and walked us through each & every dish with ingredients listed. Cause of my restrictions with nightshades he even said he would cook up a fresh batch of the rice dish they had without tomatoes fir me. I really wanted pizza so he made a fresh gf pizza dairy & nightshade free for me. And he even let me know he had an amazing gf brownie if I wanted it he would bring out. The overall experience was outstanding. The cost is so well worth the experience because the selection is so great & the flavors, quality & freshness is top rated.

We were told by Chef Russell that the other restaurants in the Wynn are also allergy friendly. Oh and they use separate cookware & stoves for gf foods.
