Lots of gluten-free options, but not celiac safe. The fryer is cross contaminated, and most of the items on the menu go into the fryer. My server was very knowledgeable as she comes from a family of Celiacs, but she says there are several options on the menu that can be prepared Quite safely.

I wish I could give them a bunch of stars, because what I did eat was tasty, but sadly not safe for me. I was so excited and hopeful when I learned this place had a gluten free menu and the staff seemed trained. But, they flubbed my order and brought me someone else’s similar order - not the gluten free, safely prepared pork belly - and I got glutened. The good news is they told me about the mistake right away and I was able to get home, take gluten-ease right away, and drink a ton of water rather than finding out as the gluten starts to do it’s damage. It’s too early to tell how much irritation of the system this is going to cause, and I’m new to my diagnosis, so still lots to learn about how best to respond when things like this happen. Tonight was a good - and hard - reminder to keep asking questions of everyone you deal with in a restaurant setting, because even if one person “gets it” about celiac, that doesn’t mean everyone who is handling your food does.

The food here is UNREAL. Finally good Mexican food in Eugene! Highly recommend the stuffed peppers and the margarita flight. For a brewery, they are very well trained on GF and offer a majority GF food menu. Super tasty food and kind staff!
