Yanni's Bistro was amazing. The food was amazing and it was the safest we have ever felt eating out with celiac. Yanni has an excellent understanding of how to prepare food without cross contamination.

They prepared all the gluten free options and brought them to the table before starting to prepare any food with gluten

The have an extensive gluten free menu. Yanni took the time to talk with us about kids diashes that he could make for us gluten free.

The food was amazing and delicious. They have gluten free pasta options and gluten free bread options for sandwiches

They have an extensive selection of macarons that are all gluten free.

Great little place that has SO many gluten free and vegan options. I had a great falafel salad and white bean soup.

Yanni's is a hidden gem!! We needed space for 9 people midway between three areas, and one person has a gluten allergy. I called Yanni and he said it would be no problem at all. He took great care of all of us and the food was spectacular. I would honestly come back just for those homemade french fries, they were fabulous.

Most of the party enjoyed some cheesecake, but the GF macarons in particular were excellent.

Put Yanni's on your must-try list, it is absolutely worth it!

Great atmosphere, very friendly staff and helpful. Lots of macaroons that are all gluten free. It was an overall great experience and will return!

Lovely place with so many gluten free and vegan choices. The falafel wrap with aubergine was delicious! Fresh cut fries and gf macarons for dessert. Yay! :)

A small cafe with dry goods also available to purchase. The owner is right there taking your order and making sure it is prepared properly. He takes celiac very seriously and has children with it. He even shared some new products with us gave us lengthy talk on how best to prepare it. He says his goal is to eventually make the whole place gluten free. And the food was also tasty. We all had something different and the teens were skeptical but ate their food and enjoyed it.

Nice little bistro. Food was delicious. I had the chicken burger. It tasted dry at first but when I asked he said they forgot to put the sauce on it. Once that was fixed it was great.

Menu says all items are gluten free, but I had to ask for gluten free bun for my burger.

I also asked for no cheese on the burger. I later found out that there was Parmesan cheese in the burger. So if you have issues with dairy, be careful.

Delicious fresh local food with several dietary and allergy menu items. Located in the same building as White Duck Tacos in Matthews, NC. Yanni is a very nice guy and an interesting person to talk to. He takes food allergies very serious and is very aware of cross contamination. I had the Peri Peri Chicken and fries which was delicious! A must go if your GF, Dairy Free or Vegan!

Yanni’s bistro is an amazing place to eat. The food is fresh (local when possible) and delicious!!!! Most of the menu is gluten free and dairy free. Yanni is an amazing chef that has so much knowledge about food allergies. We had an eggplant, falafel wrap and we loved it. We also had homemade fresh tea! Please support this place so we can keep enjoying it. We are grateful to have a place where we can safely eat! He has a dedicated space to cook for food allergies.

We had a wonderful meal at Yanni’s this weekend! The food was SO flavorful and fresh! Everyone was so pleasant, including Yanni himself. The atmosphere was so relaxed and comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves so much and will definitely be back. ADDED BONUS: I have celiac disease and am sensitive to gluten/cross contamination and there were so many amazing GF choices and Yanni was very knowledgable! I felt great after eating here and felt very confident in the safety of the food and preparation.
