Wow! I’m super excited about my dinner here! I started with the Ceaser salad without the croutons which is the absolute best Ceaser salad I’ve ever had!!! Then I ordered the Gluten Free fried chicken and waffles! Incredible!!! It was perfect and can’t wait to go back! On top of the fabulous food, the service was Awesome! A big win! I’m gluten sensitive.

Nice atmosphere- server asked if any allergies. Ordered GF deviled eggs and GF chicken and waffles. Halfway through chicken/waffles my belly started to hurt. I had asked about bourbon maple syrup and she asked and came back to say it was GF … not sure what got me but I stopped eating after 1 piece of chicken /waffle and still got so sick - even got a fine raised rash which is usually wheat contamination for me as I have a wheat allergy. :(

Not a ton of gluten free choices here but they make a gluten free fried chicken or fried chicken and waffles which is something I knew my son would like. And he said it was delicious. They have a dedicated fryer to make it in and really understand cross contamination. They were very thorough with going over our allergies even in the hot sauce, came and showed me the label of the sauce they used (we avoid anything labeled 'spices' do to a mustard allergy). Very happy with our meal and entire experience, high recommend.

Holy f*** their gluten free fried chicken is amazing and tastes like the real deal. Better than any gluten containing fried chicken I’ve ever had. 100% safe for celiacs. Shortrib is great too.

Loved it! Server was really knowledgeable about the menu and asked if I had an allergy. I got the chicken and waffles - it's the best I've ever had. I wouldn't change a thing about it. Yes, it's a little pricey but it's a lot of food and it was executed perfectly. Chicken is crunchy, juicy, fall off the bone, cooked & seasoned perfectly. The waffles were fluffy and delicious too. I also got a side of grits and bacon. It was all so good!

Amazing fried chicken and very accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Wait staff verified two things with me directly from the chef, who personally made my meal and made sure ingredients were safe. Felt very confident eating here and did not get sick after!

Friends - if you have wanted gluten free friend chicken - this is the crunchiest - most tender- juicy chicken you could want!!!! Marinated / brined for 27 hours - free range no antibiotics chicken - and the sides! The street corn and fried Brussel Sprouts!!! I brought my dear friend to share my gluten free order and she was blown away! They take celiac disease seriously! They have a location in the Venetian in Las Vegas too!!!

This place is always a great choice. I ordered the gluten waffles, smoked bacon and grits. Everything was delicious and service was good.

Wonderful crunchy fried chicken - like all the parts not just tenders. Satisfying southern cooking in a warm and festive space. Ribs are pretty tasty too and their presentation is one of a kind. GF items are listed clearly in menu and some salads can be easily modified to accommodate.

Waffles are not GF available however despite some rumors otherwise. Chicken is fried in separate fryer which is amazing. That said the regular fries aren’t listed as GF. I didn’t ask if they could do them in the chicken fryer but hope someone asks next time they’re there.

I have only been to the Vegas location, but once I heard they opened one here in LA I called to see if they took the same precautions as the Vegas location, and they do! Separate fryer (that takes about 30 to cook in) and delicious chicken and waffles!

The first thing our server, Jo Jo asks is whether we have any food sensitivities or allergies. Instant relief! It is so important to feel safe. Jo Jo gives us the info we need to make proper choices. The FRIED CHICKEN is moist, delicious and plentiful! The roasted fingerling potatoes were a huge serving that we couldn't finish. That being said I was easily convinced to enjoy the key lime bar. It was wonderful! It was a wonderful meal and I can't recommend it enough! Ask for Jo Jo and tell him Teddi from Maine says hello!

Phenomenal!!! My daughter is gf and she had fried chicken and waffles with a maple bourbon syrup!! I’m also dairy/egg free so I couldn’t do the waffles so I got salmon and roasted potatoes and also used the maple bourbon syrup on my fish. Although my salmon was delicious, I should’ve ordered the fried chicken minus the waffles.

Upon arrival waiter noted my gf preference on our reservation. He was knowledgeable and pointed out options for me on menu. Not a designated menu, but items are marked. I choice the gf Lewellyn Fried Chicken last evening and the southern corn. It was the best chicken I’ve had since going gf 2-3 years ago. It was so good! My gluten eating husband ate part of mine (since the portion is 1/2 chicken). He said he could tell a subtle difference from the regular chicken, but it was still yummy. The corn had a small mix of bacon and cheese. Also very good.

It’s a little pricy, as it’s Vegas. The cost for the two of us was about $135 with tip. It included my wine and his old Fashion.
