SO delicious!!!! I had the GF chicken and waffles with their homemade butter and syrup. So. Freaking. Delicious. Every single item on the menu is gluten free or can be gluten free (the waffle in my meal could be gluten free or not) so there really isn't much cross contamination, if any at all. The owner was so sweet as well. Looking forward to going back!

We made a detour in our roadtrip so our celiac kid could have a big meal. I was surprised to see a line out the door at 11 on a weekday. We tried gf waffle, tenders, burger, fries and fried oreos. It was all great! Owner seemed knowledgeable and I heard about half the orders were for gf.

Heaven…visiting from an area with no GF options…ordered the GF chicken/waffles with hot peaches and homemade syrup and added the GF Mac and cheese(yum!!). Portion was huge and I have extra to take home. Everyone in our party thought the food was delicious. Wonderful customer service and if I could eat here everyday I would. Looking forward to stopping here again.

The food is truly delicious and the owner and staff fully educated on celiac. We had shrimp and grits, chicken fingers and waffles, and fried catfish. All made gf, meat did NOT come out of a freezer, batter crispy and well-seasoned, waffle tasty and came with syrup that was a brown sugar and butter heavenly concoction. We are in town for 2 days, and we will be back tomorrow, when I have big plans for a fried pork chop, Mac and cheese and cornbread.

I have found my new favorite restaurant! We ordered fish tacos with corn tortillas, one fried and one grilled, chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, and fried Oreos. All of the food was delicious in its own right, but the fact that it was all gluten free makes it astounding! The prices were reasonable, the portions were more than enough, and the flavors were unbelievable. Crystal checked on us and was personable and friendly. We are just blown away. This is a new staple spot for us.

The staff and owner were super knowledgeable about all allergies and all of the fried food is gluten free so there's no cross contamination. This was excellent. Blew me away.

So happy to find this gem while we were visiting Birmingham! GF soul food at its best! They took extra care even though most everything in the restaurant is GF. The service was excellent and everyone went above and beyond. They even have a GF deep fried Oreo that was exciting for my daughter with celiac to try….probably the only time in her life she’ll be able to try that!

Stopped on the road and was so happy to find a place that felt safe in the middle of a long drive. Had fried shrimp and fried Oreos for the first time in the decade since my diagnosis. Everything was delicious and the right kind of fried - hot, crisp, and perfectly seasoned. Pro tip: if you get the fried shrimp, ask for the shrimp taco sauce as your dip Great atmosphere and friendly folks. Will come back whenever I can!

Score! Had wings and shrimp. Only negative I could find was how busy they were with only one cashier running it all so my order was wrong. But the wings and shrimp made up for everything! They are super nice and the place gets busy! Come early or off-time if you can.

I have Celiac and they completely hit the mark! Terrific experience. Very knowledgeable and very strict kitchen practices with a dedicated fryer and separate waffle irons etc. They know what they’re doing and are very celiac friendly. Highly recommend

Everything is gluten free except the buns (which they also have gf bun). My friend and I (both celiacs) come here often and always feel comfortable (since the kitchen is nearly dedicated gf), the staff and owner are EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and neither of us have ever had a reaction from the food. Incredible experience for a person with Celiac. Owner has Celiac and almost entire menu can be made gf. Chicken and waffles and fish tacos were a hit. Owner brought out GF fried Oreos for free because she wanted us to try them. Incredible! Later they brought out a sample of their GF Mac and cheese to try. What a welcoming place for GF folks!

The food is amazing! All items fried are gluten free. EVERYTHING is available gluten free. The only thing that contains gluten is the buns for the hamburgers (they do offer a gf bun). All sauces, meats ,waffles and breading is gluten free. I got the chicken tenders and waffles with warm peaches ( BEST THING EVER!!), Fried shrimp..the batter was delicious 😋 and I snacked off my friends platter that fried chicken wings with ff! Sooo yummy. I would highly recommend. First time ever having a fried Oreo..that was AMAZING! owners were there, soooo friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will be returning! This is a must stop!

I haven't had a gluten-free Waffle except out of the box since my diagnosis of celiac disease more than 10 years ago. And, I do a ton of baking because buying gluten free is expensive. And the fried chicken tenders were amazing also. And, to, finish the meal off I couldn't help myself I had the Gluten-free fried oreo's. The entire menu was Gluten free and the service and staff were amazing. 10 +++ stars..

Great staff! Super helpful and friendly! Everything that is fried is gluten free. My celiac daughter had her first fried chicken and fried Oreo! Absolutely delicious 😋 We will definitely be repeat customers!!

We stopped in today on a trip home from Florida. Two with Celiac in our group. They had the chicken tenders and waffles. So good! All things that they fry in this restaurant are gluten free. About 90% of the menu is gluten free or can be done gluten free. They are prepared separately and safely. As of now, June 8, they only have outside seating due to covid precautions. I highly recommend their food. The family that runs it was also super helpful and friendly.

Honestly our favorite place in town for gluten free eats. They know us by name and always take proper precautions to ensure no cross-contamination. Wings are my favorite, and my partner loves the shrimp plate. Ask for extra wing sauce. Certainly the highest quality gluten free food in town. Can't say enough great things about this place and the staff!

Not very disabled friendly. I have severe back problems. I sat down while my family was in line. A server working there told me I could not sit that I had to wait in line, did not give me a chance to explain. She was very rude. I went outside to sit. When family got to the counter they were out of a lot of menu items. When ask what they had gluten free they said they don't guarantee anything gluten free.
