Delicious food from a menu that’s 95% gluten free. Didn’t immediately ask about allergies but were very attentive after I told them I have celiac. Had the miso soup, sashimi combo, and several maki rolls. I’m highly sensitive to gluten and did not get sick. Would definitely go again.

We had a wonderful experience here for dinner with my celiac son. Most of the menu is gluten free and the waitress understood celiac disease very well. She brought GF soy sauce to the table and advised us if we ordered something that was not GF. The food was delicious!

FYI It is expensive (most of park city is) and reservations are advised

Loved this place. Much better sushi than I had hoped for in a mountain town. Tons to choose from, all listed if GF. Tempura was GF, chicken karage as well. Also has GF soy sauce. Super happy to have discovered. Definitely recommend getting a reservation as it books up.

Fantastic with GF options and knew entire menu with what was safe. They prepare in separate areas and no cross contamination issues for us. Lamb was incredible, tempura shrimp in dedicated GF fryer as well.

This place is AMAZING!!! Food and service was wonderful. GF shrimp tempura!! Only place I’ve ever had it and my non gf family members said it was delicious and they’d never know it was gf. Dedicated fryer so felt so safe. Most of menu can be made gf! Highly recommend the shrimp tempura roll and the cod!! Only bummer is it’s hard to get a rez here so book early (60 days out they open up reservations). this place is a MUST GO for celiacs in park city!!

I’ve been gluten free for 22 years, and I’ve never had tempura sushi this good in my entire life. Their sushi is mouthwatering and so flavorful. I also had the ribs - they’re a MUST. 10000/10 recommend. Well done. So many items marked on their menu are gluten free. This is my new go to place for special occasions.

OMG FRIED SHRIMP!!!!! I thought I would never have tempura shrimp or chicken again. It was amazing. I almost wept with joy. Sushi on point, GF soy sauce. This was the first place we ordered from on our PC trip and it was awesome. Did not get sick.

Delicious food and so many gf options! All the sushi rolls were gluten free and they even fry the tempura shrimp in a gf fryer and have gf soy sauce. Gf foods are clearly marked on the menu and it all tasted great!

Our new favorite! We have Celiac and have been here a couple times with no reactions, happy tummies! The tempura shrimp is one of the most delicious things I've eaten in a long while. They can substitute real crab in the California roll, because the imitation has gluten. The 84060 roll and Executive roll were fantastic. We will come here whenever we come to Park City.

This place has amazing sushi and sashimi and is the most aware of celiac that I have eaten at. They have a separate fryer for the tempura dishes, and serve tamari in a color coded container. The staff was so nice!

They knew the difference between celiac and dietary preference and asked so they could communicate to the kitchen correctly. All rolls are gf except one, and they even do gf tempura! Best sushi place I’ve been to as a celiac hands down.

Not sure who rated this as not celiac friendly because it TOTALLY IS. They even have GF tempura! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Our waitress said she had a gluten allergy as well... who better to trust!? Plus.. Almost all of the rolls are gluten free- and it is clearly marked on the menu. Love this place!

Amazing menu. This isn't one of those places they modify the dish. There is a dedicated GF fryer and the tempura batter is gf. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

The server went into great detail and bragged about a GF tempura batter. And then after I ordered, he came back to let me know that they have NO dedicated fryer!
