Bakery trying to be too much: keto, low carb, healthy, gluten free. Really weird flavors and textures due to this. My cinnamon roll was salty. They have a separate table for non gluten-free, but they do bake wedding cakes with regular flour once a month or so, so there is risk of cross contamination. The bagels are $3.25 and they are tiny...the size of a mini bagel. A slice of cake was almost $8...prices are a bit ridiculous for what you get. The lady behind the counter was not very helpful when asking her precautions taken. Chef/owner? came out and answered my questions..Will not be back. Too bad as Iive about 7min away

Everything is keto and gluten free, except a loaf bread that is prepared off site and kept on a small table away from the gluten free items. This is the first time I have ever had gluten free and keto combined that actually tasted good. I ordered a bagel but it was more like a flattened biscuit in the shape of a bagel, but it was tasty. The keto candy bar was delicious, a perfect amount of salt and chocolate and cookie.

Received the new Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake and it was amazing! So smooth and balanced. Great if you love chocolate and peanut butter, none is overpowering! Also ordered from the Bake Shop a couple of goodies — 4 orders of bagels — and Zambawango refunded me FULLY the shipping for my Bake Shop order as they were able to combine all into ONE box! And I got it all NEXT Day! Amazing!!

Update on celiac safety: as of Aug 2021, everything is GF. (coconut + almond flour.) I think they pulled croissants and other non-GF stuff from the menu.

The coffee is from Cloudland Coffee Roasters- pretty good. Their focus is definitely on low-carb/ sugar-free baking. It’s a fantastic option for diabetics and those on a keto diet and I’m so glad it’s here. The sugar replacement they use is called Swerve, an erithritol blend. For those of us who are celiac without other dietary restrictions, you may find it lacking in flavor. On the bright side, I did not feel guilty after eating cake for breakfast :)

Rating this a 5 for safety because it’s a great safe option for gluten free. If you are on a hunt for the tastiest, sugar-filled GF muffin I’d go elsewhere.

They had several gluten and dairy free options, so I was optimistic. The bagels were not good at all and did not taste like bagels. I would never go here again. I also got a lemon dessert, and it was also not good. I went here when I became gluten-free, so I was worried that all gluten-free food was not going to be good.

AWESOME FIND!! I am gluten free & have recently started the keto diet & this place was an oasis in the middle of my low carb lifestyle. I ordered the red velvet cupcake, cinnamon roll & a slice of carrot cake...all to die for delicious & all under 5 grams of carbs!! And the coffee was delicious! Love this place!!

Hey GF fam, this place is super cool. We found it bc my husband and I are on Keto and there are tons of Low Carb, Gluten Free options. I will update in a few days as to whether or not my CD/DH flares up bc sometimes even when marked GF I have a reaction. I’m not marking this Celiac Friendly but it easily could be with a few tweaks from the management. They had gluten containing pastries above some GF ones and just moving those to a separate case or down to the bottom would help with that. The staff said “we consider our products gluten friendly” but they’re labeled as Gluten Free per their board. Of the 2 staff members I spoke with one seemed to understand cross contamination but the other just kept saying “there’s no gluten baked in”. From what the cashier said they don’t use separate utensils or baking ware for their GF items. Again, could easily be Celiac friendly with a few conscious tweaks. Also, they only have 2-5 items that contain gluten so it’d be amazing if they went totally GF and just had some items that are GF and low carb and some they’re carby delicious GF options for those not on a Keto/lowcarb diet. Hope this helps! Oh and p.s. their coffee is divine and their low carb sugar free PSL was surprisingly delicious.
