I have been struggling to find a sushi restraunt that doesn't make me have a reaction. I found Zen, at first they seemed to be good at accommodating my needs but then they decided that I was being "too picky" and I started to get sick. They have a Gluten free menu that is really misrepresented. It is possibly wheat free but not gluten cross contamination free. However, they will tell you they understand Celiac disease when they actually do not. They mark things GF that have been fried in the same oil. I have mentioned to them they should say it is a wheat free menu not gluten free or have a celiac warning on the menu but so far they haven't changed it and they have given me attitude regarding this suggestion. Also watch out for the GF desserts, they are cooked on the same pan as not gluten free deserts.
