Review of Zen Sushi

The staff are not knowledgeable. When I asked for gluten friendly recommendations, I was given a list of items that were obviously not GF. I asked for gluten-free soy sauce and the server had never heard of it. I had to encourage her to go ask the chefs. They then rationed the sauce for me instead of just giving me the bottle. Ultimately, even with me being as careful as possible - I got sick.
