Not a dedicated gluten-free restaurant, but every time I've gone the staff has been very knowledgeable about what has gluten or is cross contaminated.

The staff are not knowledgeable. When I asked for gluten friendly recommendations, I was given a list of items that were obviously not GF. I asked for gluten-free soy sauce and the server had never heard of it. I had to encourage her to go ask the chefs. They then rationed the sauce for me instead of just giving me the bottle. Ultimately, even with me being as careful as possible - I got sick.

We went there last night (take out) with our 11yo daughter who has celiac and a dairy allergy and spoke to the manager on the phone before placing our order.
They must’ve done a mass overhaul on their allergy training because they were able to give us great comfort in their food preparation to reduce cross contamination.
She got the Philly roll (sub cream cheese for avocado) and the pork fried rice- she loved the food and has been feeling great.
Would highly come again on our next visit to Dallas

I visited here after reading great reviews on their GF offerings. When we asked the waiter for the GF menu he told us he “wished there was one” and then handed us the vegetarian menu. I asked again what was GF, and he told me “I mean, kind of a lot of things” and proceeded to talk about how he’d ask for sesame seeds to be removed from California rolls. We advised sesame seeds aren’t gluten and then he told me he knew but some people with Celiac are sensitive to sesame. We were never walked through a menu or told what rolls were GF (their website explicitly says to ask server about GF options). I ordered what I know is GF at other places so got 3 boring rolls with no soy sauce.
He did advise he’d ask the kitchen to change gloves and clean area, but then my sushi came out on the same plate as my husband’s tempura rolls.
Overall a very disappointing experience for an anniversary dinner. Will not be returning due to lack of knowledge and care of gluten-free guests.

Waitresses have a menu marked up with all the gluten free items, and even those that were technically “gluten free” but shared a fryer with gluten items. My wife is a very sensitive celiac and we eat here all the time! Good stuff!
Yes
They have gluten free options available and with ease and convenience, it made my sushi eating experience pleasurable and enjoyable (:
