We went to the Arlington location and the staff were amazing! Very friendly and very careful there was no cross contamination. On top of everything, the food was absolutely delicious! They brought out gluten free flat bread out for me while my husband had their house bread. Absolutely amazing experience!

Amazing. Of course it's American Italian food but if you need gf it's Delish! Not smart when they put croutons on salad though. Wouldn't say celiac friendly.
They have a very large gluten free menu. They do have gluten free rotini, flat bread doe appetizers, and gluten free pizza crust. Service is usually quick and friendly.
When my office mgr was asking about gluten free pasta for me, the guy at Zio's said... " we have rigatoni or whole wheat noodles. Which one would she like?" I said... None! And opted for a salad. She told him no croutons and his reply was, they don't put croutons in their salad. We got our lunch today..... Croutons on the salad. I won't ever trust this place. Sorry.

This is a must eat!!! They have a decent GF menu and our server Kyler was very knowledgeable and accommodating. For a small charge you can get GF "bread" which is more like flat bread but yummy. I had GF pasta with seafood and hubby had GF chicken alfredo and we were both very happy. Best GF pasta ever!!!

I am allergic to gluten , so they have me a gluten free menu, they made sure there was not croutons on the salad, even brought me gluten free bread! Food was excellent, will definitely go back!!!
Disappointed but I didn't get sick. The "gluten free bread option", for which there is an extra charge, is their gluten free pizza dough. It's not even reshaped. You are served a salty, pizza dough. The gluten free pasta tasted like a microwave dinner and was poorly seasoned. However, I did not get c glutened. It's not the best option but it's not the worst.
