I am very disappointed in Zoe’s since I got sick after eating lunch here. Their whole menu is labeled, so I assumed they would be very aware. I asked them to add a note for Celiac’s. I paid and went to fill up my water cup and I turned around and they had my food ready. It is not possible that this food is fresh not prepared carefully even when I noted an allergy. They just heated up premade food. There is a difference between GF and prepared for a GF allergy but they assured it was fine. I ate lunch and got sick within hours. Will not go back

For a large chain, Zoe’s Kitchen manages to maintain a local cafe feel. I really like the decor at the Falls of Neuse location. The variety of gluten free options leave much to be desired but the ones that are offered are great. Where else can you get gluten free falafel that is healthy because it is baked. The bowls are pleasantly served and taste good. Looking forward to test the other options.

The food is amazing! I tried the gluten free chicken kabobs, salad, and white beans. The staff is educated on the precautions to take with gluten free preparation and cooking. We will definitely be back!

Have eaten here several times in the last few months. Recently updated menu shows gluten free items, although staff is not terribly knowledgeable about items and cross contamination.

Restaurant was dirty the last time I was there, several unclean tables and restroom needed attention.

I used to really like eating at Zoe's but the last 3 or 4 times I've tried to eat there I have had problems. They are always very busy and it seems they struggle to fulfill their orders. Last time I went I ordered a cup of tomato basil soup (waited at least 15 minutes for it) and there were bread crumbs on the plate next to my soup. So basically they saw that it was supposed to be gf after they made it and took off the toast. When I questioned it they got an attitude and took it back to the kitchen very unhappily. Their restaurant is also very dirty, and it's hard to find a place to sit where there isn't food all over the floor and tables. I think they need new management desperately.

Not sure if things have changed but was told today that chicken is grilled on same surface as bread so wouldn’t be celiac safe
