I don't recommend this location any more. This use to be my #1 place to eat in Norman, OK. Today was the 4th time my meal has not been gluten free (allergy) this year. They use to get it right every time but this year they haven't been.
Today they brought my shrimp kabobs with pita chips. The server asked if she could just take them off & seemed upset when I asked her to remake my meal. It usually to takes 10 minutes to make a new order but today it only took 2 minutes.I was leary. By the 2nd bite I started getting asthma symptoms. Minutes later I started coughing & my throat started closing... I am ok but I won't eat here any more.

Zoe's has a dedicated gluten free memo that I very much appreciate. The cashier was very knowledgeable about gluten intolerance and made sure that the cook was aware of my needs. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Yes
Make sure you let them know you have celiac/an allergy - I've noticed crumbs halfway through my meal here a few times as if they put pita on the plate and then took it off when they realized it needed to be gf.
Knowledgable staff - great experience
Yes
Love their grilled chicken breast with rice and roasted veggies, yummmmmmmyyyyyyy!!!
Recently added even more to Gluten free menu. Staff seems knowledgable and ready to help with concerns. I ordered shrimp kabobs with salad and white beans. Super tasty and so far so good, no sickness.
Yes
Have eaten here several times in the last few months. Recently updated menu shows gluten free items, although staff is not terribly knowledgeable about items and cross contamination.
Restaurant was dirty the last time I was there, several unclean tables and restroom needed attention.

I used to really like eating at Zoe's but the last 3 or 4 times I've tried to eat there I have had problems. They are always very busy and it seems they struggle to fulfill their orders. Last time I went I ordered a cup of tomato basil soup (waited at least 15 minutes for it) and there were bread crumbs on the plate next to my soup. So basically they saw that it was supposed to be gf after they made it and took off the toast. When I questioned it they got an attitude and took it back to the kitchen very unhappily. Their restaurant is also very dirty, and it's hard to find a place to sit where there isn't food all over the floor and tables. I think they need new management desperately.
Not sure if things have changed but was told today that chicken is grilled on same surface as bread so wouldn’t be celiac safe
