Had a great first experience dining at Zushi Dojo. While it is a shared kitchen, the chef/owners were very confident about what items are gf and can be made gf. They are very familiar with food allergies and willing to take precautions. We ate spicy rolls, maki, specialty rolls, salad. All items prepared in house including dressing. Gf soy sauce available and served in labelled bottle on table. They also made sure to wipe down surfaces and knives before preparing our food. All items were delicious - favorite was a roll called second wife. Will be returning soon!! Both myself and my daughter have Celiac.
