IHOP has recently started serving gluten-free pancakes, waffles, and burgers with gluten-free buns.
I got contaminated badly there. I explained to the waitress and other employees that o had celiac and I still got badly sick. Don't eat there!

I have severe celiac reactions and didn’t get sick from ihop! GF pancakes were delicious! Staff was very knowledgeable and informed Me of any possible cross contamination.

I wasn't hungry when my husband wanted to go to breakfast, so I was game for IHOP as I was just going to get a drink, but then I saw the golden words "Gluten Sensitive Pancakes"!!! For $6.99 I got a stack of 2 delicious pancakes and chose the blueberry syrup. We got there just as they opened so I had no worries about cross-contact, crossed my fingers and prayed to the GF God's! The lady was so sweet, I wish I caught her name!

I have eaten here four times and have not been glutened. They offer a selection of GF sides (pure fried Eggs, Bacon, sausage Links etc ) and a stack (of 4 or 2) GF pancakes.
Waitress was knowledgable on which Pancake toppings were gluten friendly - I stuck with old fashioned syrup.
This is a good branch of ihop - more confident here than other local Branches.

Delicious pancakes, I am highly sensitive and did not get sick whatsoever. I would just be sure to chat with the manager to confirm that your order will be made with no cross contamination. That’s what I did and everything came out great!

The menu is properly labeled as to what is Gluten-free. The GF pancakes are excellent and they use real butter!
I was told to ask for "shell eggs" for my order as the manager was unsure if their liquid egg product was gluten-free.
I was also pleased that the ketchup on our table did not contain high fructose corn syrup.

Ihop has gluten free pancakes and waffles now! I had the waffle with fresh strawberries and it was really good! Light and fluffy with a crispy outside. The waiter did come out and say they were having trouble with it sticking and did I want the gf pancakes if the second one they tried didn’t come out. I let him know mine stick at home a lot and I have to use a lot of Pam spray. But the second one worked out great and he brought it out. It was delicious!
Gluten Free Pancakes: Soft, fluffy and delicious.

The menu have some items marked as gluten free. However the waitress tell me the pancakes are gluten friendly. That means they don't have a separated griddle. Please check before ordering.

Went here for GF breakfast. They said they have been able to get the mix, after seeing the reviews it looks like they never had it. They advertise gf pancakes upon entry. False advertising. Stuck with expensive egg and bacon with tasteless undercooked hash browns. Also they charge fees/tax for extras for tourism

IHOP locations can be pretty clean and busy, or things can look a little rough. This one sits near a bunch of options, and it did not appear to be very popular. I had a breakfast platter with gf pancakes and coffee. Instead of an up charge of a couple of dollars, as I see at other IHOP locations, I was charged for a complete separate side order of pancakes, which is $7. In fact, there were several upcharges. I read the room, paid the bill, and left. I had some mild issues with the food (which I’d normally have with some cross contamination, not full-on glutened, plus the total bill was nearly double what I have been charged at other IHOP locations for the same things. I do NOT recommend this location for food safety or shady business practices.

Excellent gluten free pancakes!

Not safe for celiacs. Yes they have a handful of gluten friendly options marked on the menu, but the gf pancakes are done on the same surface as regular pancakes. Our waitress said very high risk for cross contamination.

Gluten “friendly” only and they are upfront about not providing safe options for celiac people. Items clearly marked on menu. Staff aware. It’s OK if you just have to have pancakes and can take the chance!

I got the “gluten-free” pancakes once here and got super sick. Apparently, they aren't completely gluten-free as they are cooked right next to all the regular pancakes and food. The server didn't warn me at all and I asked the next time I went to which they told me the truth. I don't trust them.

Not much I can eat since they add pancake batter to the omelets
This location is open 24 hours. They have gluten free pancakes, we didn’t try this time but will next visit. Went with the 2 egg meal with no bread. Belly feels fine. Waitress was a sweet lady & cook was on point. Everything was perfect & exactly how we ordered. Very impressed. Love that we have another option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner

I got GF pancakes, eggs, sausage links, and hashbrowns. The food was pretty good, except the hashbrowns were a bit hard. The waitress was super helpful. Once I said I had Celiac disease, she immediately said she would tell the cooks to change gloves and everything. She was super helpful and answered all of my questions. The menu labeled there gluten free items as well.

I have not been to IHop for many years for obvious reasons… Was pleasantly surprised to see a well marked menu identifying Gf and V. I had the Gf pancakes and they were really good and fluffy, not a trait I attribute to most GF pancakes. The hashbrowns GF and were yummy too. I can’t speak to the cross contamination issue, it’s not usually a problem for me. Staff was helpful too.

They do offer Gluten-Friendly options. Got sick last time I went. Order GF pancake and eggs against my better judgment. Items are marked on menu as GF. If ordering an omelet, ask for real eggs, some locations use a mix with flour or pancake mix to make the eggs fluffier.

I was so excited to find gluten-friendly pancakes on the menu - and they were yummy! Also, they have the usual GF fare-eggs, sausage, etc. Probably still no good for celiacs though with “gluten friendly” vs. “gluten free.” ☹

It’s been a very long time since I had been to an IHop…once I was diagnosed with celiac and this chain didn’t offer gf options, I never went back…now that this chain does offer gf pancakes- and so are the hash browns-, we’ve been there several times… I always tell my server my health issue-celiac and gluten hypersensitivity- I always get the same reply: will let the kitchen know, the server writes specific instructions on the order, ….not once have I had any problems afterwards from enjoying gf pancakes, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and bacon! Thank you IHop!!!

Awful experience, reviews from others said they will use separate pans on request. Not only would they not, I was flat out told the kitchen didn’t want to. Then when I canceled my order the manager would not leave me alone trying to get me to order something else! Trying to mansplain gluten free to me.

Very frustrating. As the first day of our holiday we went here and gluten free was very easy I had the classic combo and the waiter was very knowledgeable and assured me that it will be fine. The food was very nice and it was the first time I tried gluten free pancakes and they where very nice!
The second time we came we had a different server but my pancakes tasted very sour and uncooked, I told the server and she returned with 2 more and they where still sour and inedible. But the rest of the food was nice.
On the last day when we asked for a table we notified the server that I had a gluten allergy and she told me that they ‘ don’t do gluten free at this ihop, never have and never will’
I think it just depends on your sever, which is very frustrating as when the food is right it’s very good .
