Does anyone know any good gluten free biscuits? I’ve been craving them since I got diagnosed .

sophia78642 It depends on the type of biscuits! Morrisons do great Oreo knock offs, but M&S do the best chocolate chip cookies and shortbread and is more affordable than you think :) 1 reply

notyourordinary_gf You can take Rice Cake. It’s crispy, high in fiber and protein. Good thing is low calories. Otherwise, can look for “Gullón” for their GF biscuits.

lisaglutenfreebkr I have a simple recipe if you have gf flour on hand. Biscuits 1 C gf flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder Salt 1/2 C heavy whipping cream Don’t overmix, use one bowl and once incorporated, fold over and use a glass rim to cut into biscuits if you don’t have a round cutout. Place on parchment paper with a cookie sheet pan. Bake 425 for 12-15 min- just until golden brown. I use them for sausage gravy, breakfast sandwiches, etc. You will LOVE them!

christiana I’ve got used to chocolate covered rice cakes - and love them now. Either Kallo brand or Sainsbury’s own chocolate covered corn cakes. Less sugar than biscuits?
