Best gluten free bread/buns at which Madison restaurants?

• angie11 For fast food - Firehouse Subs is one of our faves. They use Schär for their gf sandwiches and good prep practices. My son has never had a problem with it.

• TMarie Thank you and good to know. Most places use Udis. Which also have egg as an ingredient. I use Schar bread for everything :)
