Gluten Intolerant

Heading up to Boston this summer for a conference. Any good spots for lunches and dinner that are gluten, peanut, and tree nut friendly?

Rlacourse Legal seafood does a great job with gluten free.

jen_go Legal Seafood has changed owners so they aren’t the best with gluten - I’ve gotten sick from them. I love going to Joe’s Waterfront or Joe’s Newbury - very good. Also Faccia a Faccia is delicious but expensive. At the Thinking Cup in Boston Commons or North End you can get sandwiches on GF bread and are good about cross contamination. And while in Boston I recommend getting some donuts from Kane’s Donuts - they are so good!!

aveline Burtons and their sister grill are amazing for GF! They really get it so I’d think other allergies would be carefully handled, too. GL! My celiac son had but allergies too. We had luck with challenges and immunotherapy but I know that’s not an option for everyone.

Victoria879 I have the same allergies and have gone to La Famiglia Giorgio’s and Benevetos multiple times. Tavern on the square also has great options!

erin45552 Yard House is pretty good for gluten free. It’s in the Fenway area. I also found Eatly did well with gf.
