Gluten free hamburger was delicious and love that they had a gluten free bun option. Not everything in the menu is gluten free but the staff is very knowledgable and confident about the cross contamination and are always reassuring. My (non gluten free) family and friends always come here whenever I am in town. It's a great place to get together and be able to have gf and non gf option. Also the ingredients are always fresh whenever we come as well.

Disappointing -- all the had to offer was a gluten free chocolate chip cookie-- no other desserts were gluten free. So I just bought the one cookie-- it was very good and I did not get sick. Only gave 3 stars because of really really small selection

really great, safe, gluten free. they have so few items with gluten, that they have a "gluten menu", about 8 things long, but it includes one of the burgers, so check it. hard to believe the milkshakes are gf, so I didn't risk it.

Absolutely love b.good! I've never gotten sick and the employees there are awesome. Fries are gf, as they are baked. They will toast your bun, but in the fry oven, so there is no risk for cross contamination. I love the Cousin Oliver Chicken Sandwich!

I had one good experience here and one terrible one. The first time, I requested a gluten free bun and asked them to prep my burger on separate surfaces, etc. My order was marked for a gluten allergy. I watched really closely to make sure - kitchen is open- air - and everything looked fine. I didn't get sick. But the next time I went back, making the same request and paying less attention, they must've done something different. Not sure if it was the bun or burger, but something got cross contaminated and I got sick! I won't be going back.

Great tasting burger & fries, but probably took a risk eating here based on cross contamination issues. Gal who took my order asked if it was an allergy (yes), guy who made my burger switched gloves, but everything cooked together and assembled together, so chance for contamination is high

My biggest issue with the way b.good handles orders for "Gluten Free". If it's a preference, they have one method. If it's an allergy, they have a different, stricter protocol. Unfortunately, if the word "allergy" doesn't make it to the kitchen, then the food gets contaminated. I have brought this issue to their attention, and they refuse to make any change to their procedure.

Food was great, different, fresh & loved the DF GF smoothie. I went back to ask if hand cut oven baked FF were gf. They are and they are delicious. Will have to try the sweet potato ones next time A review I read before going mentioned that they didn't like new healthier catsup but I loved it. b.good was very celiac friendly. I ordered a turkey burger on a gluten free bun and fries. My bun was placed on a counter separate from gluten buns and the worker changed her gloves before handling my food. The fries appear to be the only food cooked in the fryer so there was no cross contamination and I was able to eat those and felt fine. You will pay a small additional cost for the gluten free bun but it was worth it to me.

I've attempted to eat here twice. The first time, I had a great experience and no adverse reaction. The second time, I indicated gluten allergy and asked for gloves to be changed. Gloves were not changed, the bun was placed on a dirty toasting tray, and it was removed from the oven with unwashed/ungloved hands. I did not eat there after watching this happen. The company has been responsive to my contact. However, if you have celiac disease, I would advise against eating here.

I respect the effort to be gluten free although the public should beware of the fact that B. good has been negligent in regard to undercooking their hamburgers. I was served a raw hamburger not just once but twice! They do not use meat thermometers and burgers are serverd not rare but partially raw (red & cold against tongue). Anyone concerned about HEALTH should be concerned about E. coli and should be concerned about standard health regulations they are not following.....and should not trust that B. Good gets their meet from non-contaminated sources. You can check the city of Boston's health inspection records online and verify that they have had viiolations regarding contamination.
