I asked about the gluten free pie and they apparently make it on the same surface as the regular pies and put it in the oven on the same surface they put the regular pie with no barrier. In other words, the gluten free pies are not gluten free. Least she was honest enough to recommend I don’t eat them.

I preordered a gluten free pumpkin pie from Baked Pie CO for Thanksgiving. It was delicious! Hands down the best gf pie since before I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2009. My experience has been that a gf pie crust is a bear to make but this bakery did fine! However I think it is very expensive! It will be only a once per year purchase due to the high cost! But I wanted to treat myself this year.

We were so excited to visit this place after reading reviews, but when we arrived I asked the people who worked there if the GF pies are prepared separately and if it would be safe for someone with celiac/allergy. They did not recommend it. They said there is high possibility of cross contact because pies are baked in the same oven and are prepped in the same kitchen. Not sure if this is accurate, but we left and did not eat anything out of fear of getting ill.

Insanely delicious GF pies. My family has enjoyed several so far and can't pick a favorite or get enough.

I had a piece of GF apple pie. It had a delicious crust and cinnamon streusel topping. The servings are generous. I can’t wait to go back and try other flavors!

Unbelievable experience! Delicious peanut butter chocolate chip pie with a gluten-free cookie crust. Their ice cream is also amazing. If you’re in the area don’t miss it!
