BEST sushi on the whole island! We heard about this place from a local and it did not disappoint! A lot of GF items clearly marked on the menu and was so delicious! The lilokai iced tea was DELICIOUS

The server brought out a ceramic container that she said was gf soy sauce. I ordered 3 items marked gf and told her I have a gluten "allergy" and need precautions to avoid cross-contamination. She said they are used to dealing with this. She came back and asked if it was OK to make them hand rolls. I said sure. 30 min after we left, I had a bad gluten reaction and was sick. Two thumbs down.

Probably the best sushi I’ve ever had. Charge extra for GF soy sauce and they don’t tell you about it until it’s on the bill, but whatever.

Wait staff was very helpful in pointing out GF items on the menu. Sushi was delicious and the kitchen was careful with the food. If you haven’t found GF sushi stopping here is a must.

As another posted said some items marked GF need to be modified to be so (eliminate tempura bits etc) so don't assume because it's marked it's safe. Annoying there's a $2 charge for GF tamari. Fairly average sushi but maybe I'm spoiled living in Vancouver, BC!

Friendly staff and great food!

I think the gluten free sashimi was safe (and it tasted good) but I was a little annoyed that I ordered a menu item marked "gluten free" on the menu and then got charged an extra $2 for special soy sauce (with no advance warning of the extra cost). Ah, I probably should have complained.

Delicious food, helpful staff. Menu is marked with GF options. There were errors on the menu in the past, but it was since corrected, I believe. They have GF soy sauce (tamari) and GF miso soup!!

Awesome experience. Knowledgable staff who made sure everything was the way I needed it.

Gluten free options were clearly labeled but as we sat down, server said some of the labels were incorrect. One of the poke items came with wonton chips but was labeled gluten free. We double checked with server and she confirmed that wontons were not gluten free. Just be careful.

Great find in the North Shore. Great sushi. Well marked menu. Knowledgable server.
