In 2018 we ate at the Idaho Springs location and I swear they had fresh made GF neapolitan style crust. We returned to this location and had frozen pizza crust - that was good, but nothing like my memory of the Idaho Springs pizza. I checked out the Idaho Springs recent photos and they are using the same frozen crust. It's fluffy and good, but not hand made neapolitan. Maybe the handmade crust went away with covid. They also had a note on the menu in the window what they are charging a resturant recovery fee for every order.

Ordered takeout here for the first time. The GF pizza is probably the best I've had. Everything can be made gluten free. If something can't be made gluten free is labeled as such. They even label pizza toppings! Very knowledgeable staff, as well. I will definitely get this again.

Had the GF pizza with DF cheese. I was so excited to have pizza, however the cheese tasted horrible and stuck all over inside my mouth. BEST eaten cold for breakfast 👍👍 I will definitely eat here again minus the DF cheese.

First time here this weekend and had a great experience! My son is allergic gluten and dairy. He is not on a celiac level. Our server Jennifer was fantastic and knowledgeable. She did say they have a gluten free crust but they are not really celiac friendly. We got the gluten free crust with dairy free mozzarella cheese. My son loved it with no allergic reaction. Would love to come back soon. Sit outside along the creek on a nice day, it made our experience even better.

They have been approved by the Celiac Sprue Association and have received special training. I didn’t even know this was a thing! So I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was great! I also had the stuffed mushrooms. Soooo good. All items that are NOT gf are marked on the menu as unsafe, so there are actually many items that we can have. It was such a wonderful place to eat. I look forward to my next visit.

The menu shows items that cannot be made gluten free. We ordered the GF garlic cheese bread & a GF pizza. Both were really good! They offer a GF crust or a cauliflower crust. Many pizza toppings are GF. They even offer dairy free cheese here. May not be safe for very sensitive celiac folks but my daughter with celiac ate the food with no issues.
