Super moist chicken! Flavor is fantastic!!! The staff was great in asking about allergies with the manager even coming up and talking to us about it. If you’re okay with just meat, it’s pretty yummy and there are lots of gf sides. Almost all the sauces are gf (just one that’s not) but it was great!

I was given a very detailed ingredient card when asked about Gluten Free. The manager came out and told me what I couldn’t have which was the shorter list! Yay! Had the burnt ends and bbq baked beans with cold slaw. First plate came out with a roll on top. My waitress grabbed it right away and said that isn’t right there is a roll on your plate and came right back with a new plate and told me she watched him plate it. Made me a little nervous but I had no reaction and I will go back! It was the best bbq ever!

Went there in June. Ordered the BBQ potato which is normally safe for me. I didn't mention that I had a gluten intolerance but told the waitress to give my roll to my husband when she brought it since I couldn't eat it. She immediately notified the manager who came quickly to make sure they were accommodating to my food sensitivity. It was so nice of them to see what they could do to keep me safe. We are definitely going back on our next visit there.

Waitress had no clue about gluten free options. I was handed a list of food options with all the ingredients, which was supposedly their gluten free menu (but had gluten containing ingredients). Manager seemed annoyed when asked questions. Food was so-so.

First off, the BBQ is really good. When the waitress came to the table and I asked about gluten free, she was on top of it. She was completely knowledgeable about Celiac. She told me right off the mustard base sauce had gluten, but the others did not. When she left to get our drinks the manager came over and explained the items that would have cross contamination. He explained that they did not have a dedicated fryer, but other than that, they would insure no other cross contamination. I really enjoyed my dining experience and will absolutely go back. I even bought 3 pints of their puckering pig bbq sauce to bring home and use on the next pork butts I smoke. It is that good! Ahemmm...it's hard to beat my butts, but no doubt, I was impressed by theirs! P.S. them guys know how to smoke a brisket too...excellent!

I have a gluten and a dairy allergy, and the only things I was able to eat are meats, cole slaw, and potato salad. I don’t particularly like cole slow or potato salad, so I just had meat.
They do NOT have a dedicate frier, and a lot of their sides are cooked in butter.
That being said, my pulled pork and honey BBQ sauce was delicious, and they did bring me an allergy menu (list of ingredients in everything), which I always appreciate.

I called ahead to the mgr and he was awesome! He even said to ask for him and he seated us. They brought my daughter fresh bbq sauce and her plate was brought to her directly from the kitchen to avoid contamination! He told me which things were not gluten-free. Most all the meats and sides were gluten free! One bbq sauce is not gf.

The hostess and waitress both went over menu items that were gluten free. I also received an allergy menu in addition to the regular one. There were many options to choose. Our waitress also informed me that everything was cooked in the same fryer so stay away from the French fries. I had the beef brisket and a baked potato uncut with the butter on the side so I could use my own utensils. All their bbq sauces are GF except the mustard base. The food was good and I felt comfortable eating here. I did not have any reactions.

They were able to tell me what was gluten free and what might be cross contaminated. They had a separate menu with ingredients I could read as well which was very helpful.

Very hard to order gf from here. I posted the allergen info they gave me below. Did not feel comfortable but we were starving. I went with a plain chicken breast and tossed salad. Took almost an hour to get our food.

The manager spoke to me to ensure I had the correct information. No GF menu, but they have an allergen list. Very knowledgeable and the food is great.
Yes
Talked to the manager about being gluten free, she gave me good information, they have an ingredient list for menu items, not a GF menu. The server was present when I talked to the manager, and she was aware of my allergy. My meal shows up with a dinner roll smack in the middle of the meat.
The food here was very good. I had pulled chicken bar-b-que with their house bar-b-que sauce that was gluten-free. The sauce was amazing. They have a nice salad bar with many options. It was a little bit of a pain ordering, however, as they give you a list of the ingredients of many of their foods, but it lists things like “spices “ and “flavorings” without explicitly stating whether the item is gluten-free. The list did not show all the menu items. Our waitress was not knowledgeable, but was happy to ask the chef. Reviews from The Gatlinburg location made it sound easier there. Food was great, though. No dedicated fryer.
