Sensitive celiac and I’ve never had an issue here. Delicious food. Huge GF menu!

There is a gluten free menu and multiple safety processes in place to avoid cross contamination. The GF menu has quite a few options including a GF dessert. Our server was very knowledgeable about gluten free options and food prep processes. There are no GF options on the kids menu but they were able to sub GF orange chicken to make a kids meal. The food was delicious!

Appreciate that they offered a gluten free menu and separately marked plates for GF dishes. Staff was knowledgeable and reassured us that they keep things separate in the kitchen. Our son who’s celiac loved his beef and broccoli with rice.

I have eaten at three different Big Bowl’s and love their food. It has always been safe.

Delicious food and great atmosphere. Huge separate gluten free menu, large portion sizes. I’ve eaten here many times and never had any issues. Some of my favorites are their GF spring rolls, edamame, and the build-your-own pad Thai with ginger garlic sauce. The gluten free brownie is a MUST have— absolutely delicious! I’d recommend getting a reservation on evenings and weekends because they do get busy.

Great food! The same manager has been there for years. She does a great job!!
Today I enjoyed a wonderful chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and carmel sauce.
I have eaten edamame, lettuce wraps,
Cashew chicken and Kung Pao chicken. All excellent.
Big menu and excellent care.

Was ok the first two times but the third time put my insides down for the count.

Staff is very help. GF menu. The only place I will order Chinese/Thai food from. Love the Panang Curry.
Amazingly good with a gluten-free meal. They have an extensive gluten-free menu and track the meal, prepare it separate from other foods, and the manager brings it out on a red-rimmed plate. The orange chicken was fantastic!
This is one of our go-to restaurants. We go here all the time (and the other Lettuce Entertain You restaurants). They have seem to have amazing procedures to prepare food for allergies and prevent cross-contamination.
And on top of that, it’s really good food!

They changed their menu and the lettuce wraps don't taste as good- very bland and they no longer have gfree sweet and sour- only orange sauce which is a little too gingery for my liking. Still come here though as it is one of the few places to get Asian food gfree.
Excellent options, including on the kids' menu. Healthy veg stir fry, generous portions, and manager double checks and personally delivers anything with an allergy alert.

Separate GF menu had lots to choose from here, from appetizers through dessert. Tried the Mongolian Beef and it was delish! Try the Mochi too! My husband (non celiac) said his food was very good too. We'll be back to Ridgedale again.

Very particular about allergens in Ridgedale & Rosedale. Great choices! Love this restaurant!

I felt extremely safe eating here. When we were sat down i asked my waitress for the gluten free menu. she knew what to do and gave it to me. after i ordered, she assured me they deal with gluten free needs all the time. I have not gotten sick and i had a great experience.

As someone GF DF. - I had the Mongolian Beef mixed with the rice noodles vs rice. The sauce was very flavorful but the dish was made with excess oil so that was disappointing. The beef was a bit tough and required chewing. The mushrooms were quite tasty but the dish was heavy on the scallions. My husband had the chicken fried rice. He enjoyed the dish but it had remnants of peanut oil smell. If you have allegories to nuts or peanuts you probably need to be careful or ask if your dishes can be prepared in a separate place.

This is a go to place for us for birthdays and holidays. I always make sure to emphasize gluten free and have never gotten sick here!! Some wait staff is more trained than others, but overall love the food and always feel good eating here.

Fantastic experience! Dedicated GF menu and knowledgeable staff. They even have a book that breaks down the ingredients of each dish and a dessert option to accompany GF diets.
