I felt extremely safe eating here. When we were sat down i asked my waitress for the gluten free menu. she knew what to do and gave it to me. after i ordered, she assured me they deal with gluten free needs all the time. I have not gotten sick and i had a great experience.

I eat here every 6 weeks or so and have never had issues. I usually get orange chicken and fried rice. I order online and they thoroughly tag and identify the Oder with colored labels to signify GF.

Just ate here tonight and the waitress was helpful in making sure the entrees were celiac safe. She had to confirm what sauces were GF and food safe practices. Originally, she said the only thing that isn't safe is sesame chicken, so I asked about the Terriyaki and she did confirm after checking that it was not GF. So, sometimes we have to educate them. I had Mongolian Beef and Orange chicken entrees with rice side. Very good and will keep post updated if I experience problems.

We eat here all the time (and all of the Lettuce Entertain restaurants). They’re great food and very aware of food allergies/restrictions. We’ve never had any problems eating here.

Took family here, one son who's a celiac. Despite telling the server and the manager hand delivering he's had major stomach issues for 4 days now.

I come here all the time, it’s one of the only places I feel safe eating out at. Lots of gluten free options and the manager oversees all gluten free orders and brings out GF dishes instead of the waiters. They even use separate plates with red rims to identify gluten free dishes. Food is delicious!

We just ate out together as a family for the first time since our 14 was diagnosed with Celiac's disease. We were so nervous but decided to try it out due to the reviews on here. We told the staff and they had two managers come out and talk to us to make sure they understood the severity. We had just come back from the Mayo Clinic and had the go a head to eat normal gluten free diet with absolutely no cross contamination . Not only did we have an amazing experience but we saw the manager wipe down the counter and her hands as she served our daughter her plate. AND then gave us a gluten free lava cake on the house! WE WERE ALL IN TEARS! This place cares deeply for their business and their customers! Amazing!

Curry was really tasty and gluten free. Will be going back to try more options.

Went there for the first time yesterday-- and WAS SERVED A NON GLUTEN FREE MEAL (yes, by mistake-- but I was 6 bites in before they realized their mistake). Upon ordering we had told the server (nicely) that four of the five of us were gluten free and that our entire order was off of the GF menu.
When our main course came, we dug right in-- only to learn after a few minutes that the server brought us someone else's order and that we all had inadvertently consumed a relatively large amount of gluten-- NOT OKAY.
While I understand and appreciate that they made a mistake (and thankfully caught it relatively quickly-- as well as comp'd my meal)-- that doesn't help alleviate the massive amount of pain my daughter and I are in, even now, nearly 24 hours later.
Long story short, don't go there if you're GF for health/medical reasons-- or, at least, double and triple check your meal before consuming. Lesson learned, I'll stick to the 3-4 places that we already frequent that take gluten free seriously. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was very happy to have checked out Big Bowl for a quick dinner while running errands. The server was very knowledgeable on GF/celiac, and when I started to talk about cross-contamination she said that they treat all GF orders as allergies. So I felt that they were on the ball and very capable.
My chicken pad thai was excellent, and the server even brought out a bottle of GF soy sauce for me. Boyfriend also had the same but not GF. He tasted mine and said they were different, but obviously I couldn't compare. To me, it tasted just like what I remember to be standard pad thai.

They have a full gluten free menu, even with desserts! They also have a gluten free vegetarian pad Thai and veggie spring rolls. The manager has to serve all gf food and oversee it in the kitchen to ensure it is cooked properly! I felt well taken care of!
Big Bowl offers a g/f kung pao that is quite tasty. Be sure to specify the level of heat or mildness you prefer. Have had that dish multiple times, but there are a few other options.
Sensitive celiac and I’ve never had an issue here. Delicious food. Huge GF menu!

As someone GF DF. - I had the Mongolian Beef mixed with the rice noodles vs rice. The sauce was very flavorful but the dish was made with excess oil so that was disappointing. The beef was a bit tough and required chewing. The mushrooms were quite tasty but the dish was heavy on the scallions. My husband had the chicken fried rice. He enjoyed the dish but it had remnants of peanut oil smell. If you have allegories to nuts or peanuts you probably need to be careful or ask if your dishes can be prepared in a separate place.

This is a go to place for us for birthdays and holidays. I always make sure to emphasize gluten free and have never gotten sick here!! Some wait staff is more trained than others, but overall love the food and always feel good eating here.

There is a gluten free menu and multiple safety processes in place to avoid cross contamination. The GF menu has quite a few options including a GF dessert. Our server was very knowledgeable about gluten free options and food prep processes. There are no GF options on the kids menu but they were able to sub GF orange chicken to make a kids meal. The food was delicious!

Fantastic experience! Dedicated GF menu and knowledgeable staff. They even have a book that breaks down the ingredients of each dish and a dessert option to accompany GF diets.
