I have had take-out twice now. When placing my order I have always been asked if I have a gluten allergy. They have substituted the cole slaw for fries. Their food was delicious! I feel safe ordering from there. I am not celiac but I do have reactions from gluten. I have never had a reaction from their food.

The waitress was very knowledge about gluten intolerance vs celiac disease and was able to accommodate for my gluten intolerance. The fryer does have cross contamination so the fries would not be safe for someone with celiac. The menu is very gluten intolerant friendly. The owners daughter has celiac disease so they take the allergy very seriously if needed!

I literally researched a place for gluten free wings. I arrived and ordered carefully. Soon my waitress came back and said the oven and stove were both broken and asked how bad my allergy was. Told me the wings are par fried in a shred fryer and that they could not make them.

They have a gluten free menu that explains the items you can have with and without modifications. I think the staff recently went through GF training. My waitress was pretty knowledgeable about cooking methods. Their wings are fantastic, and all except 3 of their sauces are gluten free. They do not bread the wings, and you can get them fried (it is a shared fryer) or grilled. I was nervous about coming here, but I’m pleasantly surprised!!
