Not celiac safe. They have a sign up regarding their "glutenfreeness", indicating that equipment is shared. I walked out and went to Chipotle next door.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could've because this place is NOT gluten free. To start, the gluten free pizza dough is stored in a dough ball in fridge, then PRESSED into a flat circle WITH THE SAME PRESS as REGULAR pizza! NO NEED to go further...this place is a CROSS CONTAMINATION nightmare. Employees were clueless, too.

No clue about gf at all. Discussed the gf options and the server was happy to change gloves so I thought great, then he went to use a tray that clearly had normal flour from previous on it, I asked them to change to a clean one which they did and then he sprinkled it with normal flour!! Another member of staff told him he couldn't put flour on the base but by then it was too late, I decided to leave. This was one of the only options for food open late at night but I'd rather go without than get poisoned. I couldn't leave 0 stars!!

We've eaten here a number of times and have never had a problem. There is a possibility of contamination because they do share equipment, but they do clean the lower plate of the press before making GF crust. They normally have one person walk my pizza the entire way with fresh gloves. The pizza is made on a special liner so it doesn't touch shared surfaces. There is also a special bin for GF pizza sauce that is not contaminated. Three of us are GF in our family, my daughter will throw up if ingested gluten, we've not had any problems. Communication is key and don't be afraid to speak into any concerns you have.

The gluten free crust is good. I suggest you remind to use sauce near veggie bins as some aren't quite trained. And remind oven attendant that gfree crust takes a bit longer to cook. I have eaten here several times and haven't gotten sick but I also watch them every step of the way and have them remake if the aren't careful.

They always offer a glove change and they have a dedicated gf press for the pizza. They have separate containers and utensils for spreading sauce. they also use a separate slicer to cut the pizza. I have eaten there at least 8 times and only noticed a bit of cross contamination one time. overall very pleased with the safety here. And the price is pretty good compared to skipolinis.

They can't guarantee there's no cross contamination so if you are very sensitive it might not be the best place to go but they do take precautions to avoid as much cross contamination as possible, glove change, separate cutter, and they put the dough on an extra thing so it doesn't touch the wood slider or the areas that the other pizzas touch. The dough is pretty fantastic. Just check ahead of time that any toppings you want are gluten free as there are a few toppings that aren't

I have a gluten allergy as well as dairy and eggs . This is hands down the best and one of the only pizza places that offer a pizza that can also be made vegan. They offer Daiya dairy free cheese as an option. Their crust is delicious , and they are extremely cautious with cross contamination as long you specify it's an allergy.

There was quite a bit of miscommunication amongst the staff with our three GF pizzas and one rude worker so that didn't help make our first visit there very nice. The manager ended up handling our order but it was a debacle! The pizza is very good and a good size (12"). They changed gloves for us and had a designated handler. They only offer premade salads in the cooler and they were clueless about whether the dressings were GF, even the manager. Another disappointment. We chose to get a Caesar salad and they happily changed out the dressing to balsamic vinaigrette at my request. The salad had been packaged with croutons but they were in a separate section that I removed. I was ready to sit down at that point and didn't let it bother me. Pizza is probably worth a 4 -5 stars but the service and salad situation was a deterrent for sure.

Blaze is really great here with changing gloves and separate sauce for the gluten free pizzas. Only thing I would suggest is to watch your pizza when they are cooking it/bringing it out of the oven. On one occasion a gluten pizza landed slightly on top of my pizza and I had to ask them to remake it. Manager completely apologized and gave me a free pizza coupon, but just make sure to watch for that. But I've eaten here a number of times with no symptoms and i'm pretty sensitive. They make a really good crispy crust and I love adding Zucchini to my pizza.

they change gloves and put a protector tray under the dough; however, it is pressed on the same machine so the top is not protected. A separate sauce container and utensil is also used. lots of cross contamination possible however with all the toppings. The gloves used to touch the wheat dough also reach into the toppings. while they change gloves to make your pizza the wheat contact gloves have already contaminated the toppings. definite reaction after eating.

The GF pizza was delicious. We are a GF, EF, DF family and all of us were easily accommodated. It is super busy though, and for your own safety speak up and ask for glove changes, monitor the toppings selection if you have multiple allergies and ask for a clean pizza cutter since cross contamination could easily occur. They do share the same oven so if you are highly sensitive to gluten beware. We have wheat allergy, not celiacs and it was fine for us.

I held in my rage at the pizza cutting boy by not saying anything at all but I should have because he was tossing my gf pizza on top of other non gf pizzas while cutting their crusts. Normally they aren't so bad about cross contamination but this time I just about flipped my lid. They're lucky I only have a mild intolerance. I was so hungry I ate it anyways though. I'm on hour 3 of uncomfortable indigestion. Next time, if I ever go again, he's getting a piece of my mind.

The GF pizza is very good. The best I have had outside my home while making my own. The servers ask if you want a glove change. They sometimes pull sauce and cheese from a designated area but I've seen them grab the cheese from the common bin. As a Celiac I have to watch very closely and give most employees directions on how to handle my pizza. For instance they can't throw my GF pizza on the table prior to placing it in the oven,. The table is full of flour and it flies into the air when they plop it onto the table. So, a bit of guidance is needed. I ask to place my pizza straight into the oven, this works. Great pizza one of my favorites!
