Not celiac safe. They have a sign up regarding their "glutenfreeness", indicating that equipment is shared. I walked out and went to Chipotle next door.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could've because this place is NOT gluten free. To start, the gluten free pizza dough is stored in a dough ball in fridge, then PRESSED into a flat circle WITH THE SAME PRESS as REGULAR pizza! NO NEED to go further...this place is a CROSS CONTAMINATION nightmare. Employees were clueless, too.

I held in my rage at the pizza cutting boy by not saying anything at all but I should have because he was tossing my gf pizza on top of other non gf pizzas while cutting their crusts. Normally they aren't so bad about cross contamination but this time I just about flipped my lid. They're lucky I only have a mild intolerance. I was so hungry I ate it anyways though. I'm on hour 3 of uncomfortable indigestion. Next time, if I ever go again, he's getting a piece of my mind.

They have special sauce so there is no cross contamination and they cook the gluten free crust on a paper dish to avoid cross contamination as well. As soon as you say that you have an allergy or celiac disease, the person making your pizza changes their gloves and takes care of you. Delicious make your own pizzas!

I really enjoyed this place. When ordering the gluten free pizza they asked if I needed them to do a glove change. The pizza was really good! I'll be back for sure! (I do not have celiac and they do stress that there can be some cross contamination for those who are celiac, so be careful depending on your needs).

They have dedicated sauces so the risk of cross contamination is very little and the staff is highly educated on allergies and takes fantastic care! We have never been made to feel bad because we have a large allergy order. We love it here!!!

The GF pizza is very good. The best I have had outside my home while making my own. The servers ask if you want a glove change. They sometimes pull sauce and cheese from a designated area but I've seen them grab the cheese from the common bin. As a Celiac I have to watch very closely and give most employees directions on how to handle my pizza. For instance they can't throw my GF pizza on the table prior to placing it in the oven,. The table is full of flour and it flies into the air when they plop it onto the table. So, a bit of guidance is needed. I ask to place my pizza straight into the oven, this works. Great pizza one of my favorites!

They have gotten much better at handling gluten free. They have one press for gluten free (however they always press it on its own paper and they clean the top of the press) and they have separate sauce for gluten free. Then they will pick up your pizza and cut it with special red utensils for only gluten free. And the pizza is delicious

Awesome gluten free pizza!!!! They have gluten free dough and you can use it to build your own pizza with unlimited toppings for the same price. Gluten free dough costs $3 extra but it is still $10.95 for a good sized personal pizza (too much for a single person to eat all at once.) If you get the "high rise" with extra dough, it becomes the BEST gluten free pizza ever! They use shared oven and toppings but will change gloves. (I am not celiac, but have not been sick.)

This is one my favorite gf fast food restaurants of all time. for $8, you build your own pizza with any toppings you want and as much as you want to make a pizza that is ready in just a few minutes. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about celiac and gluten free issues. They have gluten free pizza dough and dedicated pans they use along with doing glove and utensil changes when asked. All of their meat (besides meatballs) are gf as are their cheeses. Blaze Pizza is sincerely the best pizza place I have been to for gluten free options. We are usually in and out within 10 minutes. Incredibly fast and delicious!

They have gf crust and the ingredients are naturally gf, but cross contamination is everywhere. They use the same spoon to put marinara on regular crust and spread it around then on the gf crust, same with all other ingredients. Very thin crust and it was good, but I did get sick. Website was easy to use and had gluten free items listed well. Staff changed gloves, got tomato sauce from gluten free container, pressed the crust on separate machine, and cooked it on a silicone mat so the gluten free crust didn't touch the oven surface. Also cut with gluten free pizza cutter and cutter employee changed gloves. They did a good job trying to make it as gluten free friendly as possible. With they all said, I wouldn't say it's celiac friendly from a cross contamination point of view if certain employees aren't trained as well (lots of teenagers there) and just from a flour residue flying around point of view. Three stars for effort.... And the pizza was ok but I probably wouldn't go back and only went as I was traveling and with family who picked the restaurant.

When Blaze first opened, I was incredibly impressed with how seriously they took my allergen. That seems to have changed over time. I went in today, and first the person who was going to cut and plate my pizza took it off the baking shield (used to prevent cross contamination in the oven) and placed it on the same surface used to cut all the other pizzas. Luckily, my husband noticed him do this, and we had a manager remake it. Unfortunately, as the remade pizza came out of the oven, the pizza plater used his contaminated gloves to spread out the paper my pizza would sit on before changing his gloves to touch the actual pizza. When my husband and I confronted the guy about it, he started arguing with us and told us, "there's a sign up front that says there are risks." While I agree that there are unavoidable risks (such as with gloves touching toppings), placing the pizza on the wrong surface or not changing the gloves before touching the surface the pizza will rest on are completely avoidable risks. I ended up asking for a refund, because I wasn't about to wait for yet a third pizza with no assurance of the pizza being handled right. I am no longer willing to rate this place as celiac friendly. It used to be, and used to be fast, cheap, and delicious. Maybe it will be once again if they can properly train staff who give a damn. Certainly the owner cares, and at least one manager, but everyone else is a toss up.

Great topping options. GF crust is pressed on separate machine. Request glove change. Sauce comes from separate container/spoon that hasn't touched the regular dough. Separate cutter at end only for GF pizza. Baked on plastic sheet to protect from other pizzas, although It IS cooked in same oven, so I suppose a very minor CC issue possible, but has never occurred for me.

My GF crust looked different than my friends regular so I am pretty sure I got the right one.
