I’ll give Blaze a mixed review. I’ve gotten sick once, my last time there, but all the times before were fine. I’m guessing it must be a worker by worker situation, but ultimately that type of carelessness probably isn’t discouraged. I certainly can’t take that chance again. I guess if you’re into Russian roulette and mediocre pizza this might be the place for you.

I had such high hopes for this place... The first lady was very careful, changing gloves, using sauces in the back... But I couldn't watch the oven or the lady cutting it... Sure enough, cramps, terrible reflux, exhaustion, nausea... Yup, I got glutened. I really don't know what happened, but this has been the worst glutening since I went GF. I mean, the pizza tasted great, but I can't really say they're celiac friendly with how poorly I feel right now.

Pizza was okay, crust was a bit underdone. Unfortunately had symptoms of cross contamination the next day or two, one of my worst bouts, so I won’t be trying this location again

I visit this Blaze at least once a week and have never gotten sick. I have celiac and am highly sensitive and trust the workers there. I was skeptical going in at first since everything is made in the same area but when ordering I always notify them that I have a severe allergy, ask for a glove change and a clean cut to be done on my pizza. Gluten free pizzas are placed on their own mats during the whole process. Each time I’ve gone I just order a simple pie which is just sauce and cheese. The sauce used for gluten free has a different utensil and is covered to avoid cross contamination, when it gets to the cheese portion I always ask for them to get it from a separate area which they gladly do. The only place I get nervous is when it goes into the oven since it is not a dedicated oven. But since it is on the mat there is no chance of cross contamination. When it come out of the oven the pizza cutter also changes his gloves and gets a pizza cutter from a separate area to be used. You can stand and watch the whole process and nothing has ever gone wrong or gotten me sick so I will continue to go here regularly.

While the GF pizza was DELICIOUS! I got sick because they don't have good kitchen practices. The dough is GF, but they used the same sauce, toppings, and brick oven for all pizzas resulting in cross contamination.

They have multiple GF pizza crusts. Staff is knowledgable. They change gloves, have sauce intended for allergies. Overall they do their best.
Yes
They took great care of my pizza until it got to the lady who cut it. She had the roller slide all over the counter full of crumbs from the regular pizzas. I told her that she has just inadvertently contaminated my pizza and she gave me an attitude.

This was a great experience for me. They took great caution for Gluten Free by also you have to ask them to change their pizza cutter for the pizza but other than that definitely recommend Blaze Pizza.
Yes
Best gluten free crust I’ve ever had... price is very good .. we just moved here and I’ve already made it one of my go to restaurants..
Blaze does a great job accommodating to gf needs. They do not have a dedicated prep area, but they do have specific mats, cutters, etc for gluten allergies. I would still be cautious with celiacs but know two people with celiacs who can eat there and are yet to have issues. One of the best gluten free pizzas I've had so far!
Best gluten free pizza I've had, and I've tried a lot! Plenty of topping options, but there isn't a dedicated assembly or cooking area in my experience. They put the pizza on it's own cooking sheet and change their gloves, but the toppings they take from are also touched by gloves that have touched the regular pizza. You also have to watch them carefully because they are not careful about our pizza not touching other pizzas. It is not celiac friendly, but I have yet to get sick and eat here regularly.
Delicious pizza Thin crispy crustLots of topping options Dedicated area and ingredients for gluten free assembly.
The BEST pizza! They have gluten free and dairy free options which is awesome. I’ve never had a bad reaction here, the food is excellent and the staff are very knowledgeable. They change gloves, utensils, everything. I love coming here!

Pizza was good until I got severely ill. May not be cross contaminated while making, however once it’s in the oven it’s fair game as it’s touching everywhere normal pizza is fired.

They DO offer gluten free crust ***BUT*** refuse to work with you to keep your order gluten free!!! The will ONLY use the toppings that are out (& already cross comtaminated🥺) worse reaction ever when I asked them to use fresh gloves! I left without making a purchase.

I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!
