Not for celiacs..not celiac friendly..all they have is a GF crust, they use the same line to create all pizzas.

The Gluten Free pizza is good. I only tried the Red Vine pizza (see picture) so I can't speak to any others. The price was reasonable and they tried to avoid cross contamination. I have Celiac Disease and didn't have any reaction but I did ask a couple of people to put on fresh gloves and I could see how people might be nervous about cross contamination; it's a Subway/Chipotle style operation. You go down the line and watch as they build your pizza. I ate here twice during my stay because it was good and the price was right.
they make the gluten free pizza on the same equipment as the regular pizza. they do have salad options, but they weren't very good. if in a pinch grab a salad

The staff was very friendly. This is a pizza line where you tell staff what toppings to add. Staff were knowledgeable and made glove changes as well as used dedicated pizza cutters for GF pizzas. There is still possibility of cross contamination if the GF pizza slips off the mat in the shared oven or from the sauce scoop used on all pizzas. It was about as safe as it could be for the type of setup of this restaurant. I did not have a reaction, and my crust was tasty.
We had dinner here. 3 of us gluten free and 1of us dairy and gluten free. serious allergy. They asked me if it was a allergy or preference. when I said allergy they wrote it on our tag and I watched them prepare our pizza crust. they used dedicated tools and changed their gloves. food was fantastic. one of the best gluten free crusts I have had! also they had goat cheese and vegan cheese as a choice. This is not a sit down restaurant where you are served. you stand in line and watch them put your toppings on your pizza and wait for it to cook then go seat yourself.
I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!
