1 star is only for the fact that they are not gluten free if you have medical gluten issues. Per their menu " *We work with wheat based dough and share equipment with our gluten-free dough. Some cross contact may occur." If you go watch them prep pizzas, you will see this in action.

Not safe for celiacs! Let me say, it's a great pizza place. The food is good and is prepared very quickly, but it is NOT celiac friendly because they put all the pizzas in the same oven and there are crumbs and flour all over the place. They prepare the dough separately and have a separate pot of sauce, but I didn't trust that assembly line not to get any cross contamination either.

Excellent. Gluten free options for pizza. The server always asks if it for an allergy or not. We have eaten at Blaze three times. The food and service have been outstanding Neat place. No side effects either

they use special trays, ensure glove change and special sauce pot so it isn't touching both crusts. I have celiac and felt fine after eating here. enjoyed the food, speed, and the price.

very nice staff, asked if gluten free was allergy or personal preference. when we said allergy, they took special care to keep everything separate (separate prep area, separate cutter, etc). the pizza was delicious!!

I always have a great experience here. They ask if you are gluten free for allergy or preference. If you say allergy they change gloves and have 1 worker dedicated to your pizza. They use separate utensils and a separate prep are. I have celiac disease and am very sensitive and I have never had a problem!

I have eaten here twice and have not had any adverse effects. Staff change gloves and seem to understand basic precautions. I will say there are inconsistencies between both visits with the precautions taken by staff. If you have a mild-moderate sensitivity you should be fine otherwise I would not suggest eating here. Lots of GF options with a GF crust that tastes decent and lots of toppings to choose from. Cream sauce and meatballs are not safe. $3 up charge for the gluten free crust.

This place is not gluten free! They offer a gluten free crust but there is a serious amount of cross contamination going on from the utensils to the oven, not to mention the sheer amount of flour flying around. If you have celiacs, steer clear!

When they first opened we loved It. They had gluten, dairy and soy free options and were great in preparing the food. Unfortunately, as they have gotten busier and added more staff all that has changed. We are a celiac family and all of us have gotten sick the last two times we were there. We no longer go there and I would not recommend it any longer.

This place is relatively cheap (they do add $3 for gluten free) and quick. They also attempt to avoid cross contamination. But the gluten free crust is paper thin and virtually tasteless. I am usually hungry a few hours later. If you're in the area and desperate, go for it. Otherwise, I would say avoid it.

For the $3 up charge and unlimited toppings, definitely the best gf value around but most importantly, the BEST tasting pizza I've had in the country. You will NOT be disappointed! Ask them to cook a bit longer so it's crispy throughout and they are awesome about keeping it a safe dining experience.

Highly recommend! The minute I said I wanted the gluten free crust, the employee asked if I'd like a glove change, marked it in big bold letters, and they make their own GF dough on a dedicated press, with a special liner so it doesn't get contaminated in the oven. The only trouble spot I noticed MIGHT be an issue, was they didn't have a dedicated pizza cutter for GF pizza (but the guy doing the cutting also changed his gloves as soon as he saw the note on my order). So I would watch for that, and I'm sure they would wash one or give you a clean one. They were VERY Celiac friendly, and considering the price is only about $10-$12 (about on par with Chipotle, and much more cooperative and understanding in my opinion), I was very, very impressed with knowledge and controls put in place.

Definitely NOT celiac safe. Great option if you choose gf for lifestyle reason but really unsafe for celiac. They think they understand the disease and gf and they make some accommodations like hanging their gloves but there are common prep areas, the food toppings are touched by multiple gloved hands so all of the bins end up contaminated and the final prep area is messy. If you are celiac and sensitive there is too big of a chance of cross contamination.

They have a very thin crust "floppy"GF pizza. Furthermore they have several yummy FRESH toppings. It was good enough to eat again. :-) They cannot guarantee cross contamination, However, they make major efforts by changing gloves, prepping in different area etc... Prices aprox. $7-10 / GF pizzas take longer than their "3 minute bake time" claim to fame statement ... The place was clean & staff was very friendly , attentive & observant. The only thing I'd suggest is wiping the walls next to tables better ---it seemed to be an issue as I scanned for cleanliness down the entire restaurant wall... Someone also mentioned they're out of GF dough many times . I'd definitely dine there again...

Their crust has a different taste and texture than others I've had. I really like it. The variety of toppings is amazing, including different sauces and cheeses. When you order gf, they'll ask if it's preference or allergy and will change gloves if you say allergy.

They asked if my GF diet was by choice or allergy. I told them it was an allergy. They all looked at each other like I was a pain in the butt. My family eats GF with me so they had to make more than one pizza. The crust was paper thin! We were so hungry after our meal that we went to Z Pizza immediately afterward and had a GF pizza & GF cookies.

First of all the food is amazing this is the first place I found with really great gluten free crust. There is a possibility of cross-contamination however if you tell them it's an intolerance rather than a preference they will wash the pizza press and change gloves. I have eaten here more then 5 times and have not had a reaction yet.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could've because this place is NOT gluten free. To start, the gluten free pizza dough is stored in a dough ball in fridge, then PRESSED into a flat circle WITH THE SAME PRESS as REGULAR pizza! NO NEED to go further...this place is a CROSS CONTAMINATION nightmare. Employees were clueless, too.
