Delicious and celiac safe! I got the plain gluten free bagel with cranberry almond honey cream cheese - it was AMAZING! I’ve eaten gf bagels in all US big cities and nothing compares to this place. Go here if you’re in town!

Awesome place if you or someone you know has Celiac. The owners mother in law has Celiac - so he is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about cross contamination and keeping you safe. They have a separate area to prepare gluten free food and they take very special care. My daughter and I had a great sausage egg and cheese on a toasted gluten free bagel with their homemade cream cheese and it was delicious. They also have tons of other sandwiches that look super good. Cannot speak anymore highly about this restaurant🌻☀🌻☀🌻☀🌻☀

The staff is so friendly, and they have a dedicated space (sometimes even a dedicated employee!) for the gluten-free orders. The bagels are just the Udi’s brand—they’re not incredible, and they only have the plain and everything bagel flavors, but they really stuff the sandwiches! Good coffee, too.

Absolutely incredible!! it's been so long since I've had a bagel sandwich and it was delicious, and so many options. they have a dedicated space to make GF bagels. reasonably priced (a sandwich comes with chips or a drink) and very kind staff.

I have celiac disease and have eaten here many times. The owner is amazing and the staff is typically very safe when preparing gf food. I did get sick once out of the many times I’ve been there. Must have been a small cross-contamination, because I didn’t get severely sick.

Incredibly nice people who have Celiac experience and make you feel safe and welcome! The food is fresh and delicious and almost unreasonably well priced. Separate prep area for GF. The bagels were the best I’ve had and all the ingredients for sandwiches are GF so it’s a wide-open menu… far more choices than I’m used to! Can’t wait to go back!

I loved the GF plain bagel with cinnamon maple walnut cream cheese. Barry, was very accommodating, showing me a separate GF menu. He told me the story of a family member with celiac. They take a precautions and have a dedicated workspace for all GF items to prevent cross-contamination.

Great gf bagels. I had the Clucker - chicken salad and it was delicious. They even had gf cookies. I’ll be back. Even bought a couple of bagels to go.

The best!!! They prepare the gluten free bagels in a separate space and they have separate spreads of cream cheese too. They even bring out the gluten free bagel all wrapped up so it stays safe. The owner’s wife has Celiac Disease so he is very knowledgeable about how to prepare the gluten free safely.

Awesome place to eat if you are unable to have gluten. The owner has a family member who is celiac so they are very knowledgeable on cross contamination and avoid it really well with a separate preparation area and separate oven for the bagels. I eat here often and have never had any issues.

Great place with gluten free bagels (with cream cheese or a sandwich), salads, and once they even had gluten-free Brunswick Stew! Very safe place to eat. Dedicated prep area.

Off the beaten path but worth the visit if you are in Lynchburg and want a bagel or a sandwich. Gluten free bagels are prepared in a segregated area. Despite what looks like a not GF safe stape they have safe and good tasting BLTs and many other options available. Will visit again if I vsis the area again.
