I was very worried about cross contamination at this location but the servers were very knowledgeable and even brought the chef out to discuss my options. What I found: all baked goods are prepared in a separate area so no risk of flour in the air. The grill is gluten free & they have GF bread. The fryer is not dedicated and the flatbreads have cross contamination.

I had a burger on GF bread with quinoa salad. It was good. Not a ton of options but good to have safe ones.

Lots of items on the menu marked with an asterisk that they could be made gluten free. I had the trout and it was so good!

Only two items on menu were really Gluten free. Sandwiches on GF bread and salads. No dedicated fryer for fries or anything, and most of the staff isn't very knowledgeable.

We had a good experience here two evenings in a row. Gluten free flatbreads available with cauliflower crust and burger with gf bread and salad. All yummy and the view and atmosphere is amazing.

Nice view, ok selection, alright waitress, but every time I eat here I worry about if I'm going to get sick again. I've been cross contaminated here before and another time they had to bring my plate out twice because they kept making it with gluten. The kitchen staff seems to be clueless which is worrisome.

The lodge is a wonderful place to stay but not to eat. I have eaten there several times because the atmosphere is great. The food is very rarely good. It usually takes a long time to finally get your food and then it's cold when they serve it. I would be happy if I never ate there again. Go to the Whitefish Lake restaurant on the golf course instead.

Beautiful views!! Two choices of menus, pub fare or main dining. We ate at the pub. They put an * next to items on the menu that can be prepared GF. No GF pasta but has GF buns and fryer- steak frites with truffle fries, yum!

Excellent upscale dining with lots of choices of gluten-free appetizers to entrees & even desserts. I was shocked at how many places in such a remote area know about our special needs.
