Bones' Burgers

This place is great! I’m celiac so I could only get a hamburger (on a GF bun)- no sides. But, it was the best burger I’ve ever had :) When I mentioned a gluten allergy, they immediately asked if I was celiac, which was so refreshing. My burger came wrapped up in paper to keep it safe and make it obvious it was GF. I was not even slightly sick afterwards, and I’m pretty sensitive

We eat here often and have never had an issue. Best burgers around and best gluten free bun anywhere. We don’t eat fries.

The bun is local and amazing. It doesn’t fall apart like some others. I spoke to Bones himself and he said his French fry fryer isn’t dedicated so I had to pass. He also want sure about the cheese and bacon since he buys it elsewhere so I passed on that just in case. Otherwise amazing!

Really great burger, very helpful staff, and the gf bun was really good! I had the Annie Oakley.

I had the Annie Oakley burger on a gluten free bun and I will definitely be back!! The Montgomery location doesn't have room for an extra fryer, but they use soybean oil in them anyway, so I didn't have fries. Also, their salad dressings are made in house, but with "vegetable oil," so if you are sensitive to hydrogenated oils as I am, bring your own dressing if you're planning on a salad with your burger. The burger was perfectly cooked to my liking, came out wrapped completely in the paper to avoid any cross contamination, and the bun...oh my goodness, so much to say about that! Even if I was a gluten eater I would choose this bun over the conventional. It is a little more like 2 flatbreads than a big fluffy bun, which I think is perfect because I don't want to fill up on bread and not get much of the nutritious stuff. It wasn't crumbly and didn't get soggy...it was absolutely perfect! Was so nice to leave a restaurant and go to the park afterward to play without feeling sick!

This location does NOT have a dedicated fryer. The Oakley location does.

AMAZING!! Dedicated fryer AND grill space. Delicious buns. Amazing fresh ingredients. This is our new favorite place!!

The burger was amazing!! The buns are from Sonny Marie's which is a local GF bakery. Bones toasts the roll real nice...great place

They have excellent burgers on a really good gluten free bun. Also have some amazing gluten free desserts - a chocolate cake and a cinnamon swirl cake.
