THIS PLACE IS NOT CELIAC SAFE!!! There is no longer a gf menu here! I ate a burger from their regular menu with a designated “no gluten” symbol next to it. I figured of course there could be cross contamination but I was so hungry I decided to take my chances. After I inhaling my burger, I asked my husband how he liked his food (he had gotten the same but on a regular roll). He said “It was great, I especially liked the beer mustard!” Yes folks, they put beer mustard on a “gluten free selection”. Yes, I am an idiot for not asking more questions. And yes, I paid dearly... within 45 minutes I was as sick as a dog and stayed that way for 10 days. Lesson learned... (the hard way ☹)

Buffalo chicken pizza was excellent...cauliflower crust. Couple GF beers in a bottle and ciders on tap.

In the words of the manager, I recommend the salad...... With a gluten and dairy intolerance the only option they recommended was a salad with chicken and the chicken wasn’t good. Have a gluten free menu but they don’t seem to recommend it for anyone with severe intolerances to gluten.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Dedicated GF menu. I got chicken quesadilla and pizza. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. Can't wait to return!

I ordered a salad with steak off the gluten free menu and the waitress asked if I was gluten free. I said yes. When I took the first bite of my salad I noticed croutons in the salad. She did bring me a new salad but this should have never happened. My friend ordered a salad off the regular menu and asked for no croutons so maybe that is what you need to do to assure you don't get them.

Had horrible service. Ordered a gf pizza and asked when it was delivered if it was gf and the waitress said no. My meal had to be made over again. Very disappointed.

Gluten free menu is decent however the food is somewhat subpar as well as the service on weekend nights.

There gluten free selection is very good. They are very cautious with their cooking, and make the gluten free separately. Their staff is very nice. However they do not know how to cook their meat. It took three tries to get my steak well done. But the manager apologized several times and took it off our bill.

Awesome gf pizza, beer, and cider options! It's nice to be able to actually go out and have beers with friends at a great place!

BBC had a gluten free menu but if you vegetarian the options shrink dramatically. The cheese quesadilla was hard and inedible-exchanged it for gf cheese pizza which had a hard pizza base-barely edible. The chefs should sometimes be asked to taste what they turn up as GF so they can realize how unacceptable the food can be!

Never ever have had one issue! Great pub feel & food is quality without sacrificing taste! Always a go to when we're in the mood for a pub! And the pizza yum!!! Steak bomb is the best!

9/14/13 - Had the Maui Powwie (pizza w/pineapple and jalapeños) and Glutenberg red ale (first GF beer I've had that didn't taste sweet). Crust was light but had a crunch.

10/21/12 - 2 page GF menu with good choices. 4 GF beers and 2 GF hard ciders. Went at 2pm on a Sunday and there was no wait. Food arrived promptly. I will definitely go back.

Waitress was well versed in Gf needs and what I could and couldn't have on the drinks menu. The food menu has many choices too.

Constantly mess up gf orders nice it you want a free meal.

Have some GF options and ordered burger. Bun seemed GF but burger was way over cooked and had reaction to food. Used to love BBC and went several times in past with no issues but now a bit more hesitant to go back.

Restaurant has very limited menu with almost no gluten free options at the moment. Server explained new management has pared menu way back and they are also limited because of a broken oven. Do not recommend BBC in Hyannis at this time.

2nd choice for lunch as 1st choice was closed (not sure why) but had a great experience. server was aware of gf issues.... nice atmosphere.... gf drinks.... menu labeled for gf options.

GF options. I had Greek Salad with grilled shrimp. Delicious and I didn’t get sick. Waitress was knowledgeable about celiac. My non-celiac family members had fish tacos and the house burger and said it was good.
