Brixx Wood Fired Pizza

I ordered the gluten free crust and the spinach artichoke dip with corn chips. The waiter brought the spinach dip and and had pita chips. I asked about it because on the menu it says corn chips. He said no they don’t even have chips. He then came back and said they don’t have gluten free crust anymore. I asked if they have anything on the menu gluten free. He said no. He came back with a bill and charge us for the dip even though we did not even touch it and told him I couldn’t eat it immediately. He then came back and only charged us for our drinks. We paid and left. Not a good experience since we were hungry and had been at the beach all day. The waiter had no clue what he was doing and didn’t even know what was on the menu

They DO have a gluten free menu, they seemed to be knowledgeable about the cross contamination. I had baked chicken wings and the Mediterranean salad with chicken. Food was perfect, staff was kind caring and awesome

We visited twice in 3 days. I ordered a half Quattro/ half rustica Gluten free pizza, with vegan cheese (no extra charge for cheese) $3.00 extra charge for the GF crust. That is the first time I have ordered GF pizza crust where I believed the charge was well worth it. It has a wonderful chewy texture that is the closest to gluten crust I've come across. Our waitresses Brittany & Bre were helpful and sweet.

My two year went out for pizza and it was great!!!! Good gf crust, vegan cheese at no extra cost and knowledgeable staff!

Was super excited about having somewhere to take my daughter who has a gluten sensitivity. We are new to GF and read the reviews and decided to go as a back to school treat. They have options but please confirm that it's GF with your wait staff before you eat it. I asked the food runner and she said that it was the GF pizza crust. My daughter ate it and 10 minutes later was hurting. Manager let us know they brought the wrong pizza out. Thank goodness she's not highly allergic. They were very apologetic but I felt helpless as we had done everything right and I knew she would be hurting all night. :(

I love their pizzas!! Every pizza can be ordered on GF crust but some toppings are more subject to cross contamination. They're really good about knowing which ones. I always order them well done because it helps the gluten free pizza dough bake through all the way to the middle. Also, their salad dressings are safe too. The Mediterranean salad is so good and I've added grilled chicken to make it a dinner. There are plenty of options on their menu...even beer.

Update: I keep getting sick here. I think that the cross contamination is too severe for celiacs. This place would still be good for someone living the GF lifestyle but not for allergies, acute intolerance, or celiacs.

I thought the pizza was mushy and flavorless.

Brixx has good food but GF pizza is cooked in same oven as regular pizzas. If you are concerned about contamination this might not be the place for you.

The have an extensive allergy list for all menu items. Server was very knowledgeable and explained the precautions the kitchen takes. I am sensitive to cross contact and felt fine after eating here.

The cauliflower crust is gluten free but not cooked in its own pan like the GF crust. I was not informed of this and was served a contaminated pizza.
