Not only is the chicken delicious, but the potato wedges are heavenly. Having a safe option for fried chicken isn’t something I imagined after having to go gluten free, but I am so grateful that Broasted Brothers has the option. The prices aren’t much different than the normal chicken, if at all, which is a bonus.

Absolutely delicious! I had no reaction. The broasted chicken was some of the best I've ever had and the owner was very kind and went out of his way to fix a mix up with our salad. We had mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, potato wedges, salad and a milkshake all of it was so good! Will definitely return next time we're in town.

I had never tried Broasted Brothers, mostly because I mistakenly thought broasted was the same as roasted. But I’ve now ordered twice in a week. It is a better version of fried chicken and SOOOOO good. I’m borderline obsessed.

This restaurant is a hidden gem!!! They have a location in Livonia. Two brothers started this, I believe, and their food if fabulous and being gluten free - it has been a treasure to find for me. One of the owner’s wife is gluten free, which makes the seriousness of our issues taken more seriously. Broasted Chicken - gluten free!!! And most all of their sides!! There is even a gluten free dessert and if you are not gluten free, the desserts are wonderful says my husband ! Grateful for this place!

Went in 20 minutes before they closed with an order for 12 people, they said no problem! They separated all the stuff for me from everyone else, packed it all separately. All the sides and sauces that are gf are clearly labelled, there was a note on the counter to not include biscuits in the gf orders. Tenders were real tasty!

There’s a dedicated GF broaster even the potato wedges are GF! They were careful to package it separately. Portions are huge (fried thigh & breast). Felt very safe and they were all very friendly, even the cook in the back was careful to ask the manager when he played our meals.

For the first time ever my celiac daughter was able to eat fried chicken! It was really good as are the potato wedges. Will definitely get it again.

They advertised a new gluten free menu on Facebook so I had to try it out. They have a separate fryer/broaster for the gluten free chicken. You can get tenders, wings, or your broasted piece of choice, all gluten free. They also have a variety of gluten free sauces including mango habanero (which was delicious) and garlic Parmesan.

I also had their broasted potato wedges and coleslaw. Both were excellent. They have a few other gluten free sides as well. Overall, it was a great experience finally being able to have fried chicken at a restaurant! I will say that it’s more of a carry-out place, but they did have casual tables to dine in. They don’t have a separate menu (yet) but you can pretty much get whatever you want. I expect they’ll add GF markers soon.
