The burgers were very good even though the GF bun fell apart. They have a variety of GF options and a safe fryer for fries. The hostess had celiac and confirmed that they take proper precautions.

Wow the brussel sprouts were amazing. They have a gluten free fryer and the food was great. A hamburger with a bun and fries.

The best option for gluten free kids menu, side items, appetizers, and gluten free buns. I wish Louisville, KY had a Burger Up. Hands down the best experience yet for my 9 year old with Celiac Disease.

Ate here for years. Management used to be excellent. Now its just about profit. Throughout the years they have messed up my order so many times. Sometimes they would just try and take off the regular bun when i order bun-less and bring back the same burger leaving it cross contaminated. If they are busy they would often not use the gf fryer for fries so they could keep up with orders.. same for wings.. they wont grill them, they will fry them. If they get your order right and prepare it correctly which happens from time to time, its excellent.. but good luck, you just have to be extremely diligent.

Do not go here! My husband got glutened! He ordered and the hamburger he got was a regular gluten one. We sent it back because it didn’t look gf and we were right. Not worth the pain and damage of his body. We believe the French fries he got were regular ones, not ones from the gf fryer, since he is in pain this morning.

The burger I had was delicious and a fair amount of food. However, I couldn’t eat the fries that typically come with the burger because they were cooked in the same fryer as other gluten containing foods.

I informed the staff member who took our order of my allergy. She was kind and verified with the back that the items I was ordering were gluten free. I ordered the honey jack wings after being told they were gluten free unaware that jack was Jack Daniels (I know - silly I should have confirmed it was cheese not the gluten containing alcohol). Regardless, staff weren’t really aware of the importance of treating a gluten allergy as an allergy.

I’ve been here twice and had a great experience but both times I was told they do not have a gluten free fryer for the fries.

GF buns available. Staff helpful with food allergies however I’ve gotten sick the last few times I’ve eaten here.

Our waiter was nice about answering my questions and the food was SO GOOD! I ate entirely too much, ha, but I'm excited we had a good experience because we will back. Their GF bun is Udi's and they also offer lettuce wrapped burgers as an option. Fries are amazing.

They are awesome - truffle fries are made in a dedicated fryer and are so good! The burger was great too and they are as nice as can be about gf.

The French fries are amazing! I strongly suggest getting them with the truffle oil. The bun was a bit crumbly but soft and very very good. They have a dedicated fryer and the ketchup is now gluten free. Definitely recommend!

Great burgers with gf buns. Unfortunately the homemade ketchup is not gf, and they don't have a dedicated fryer.

I go there mainly for the sweet potato fries. You do have to tell them about your allergies but they are very good about not cross contaminating. I tried the aioli sauce and I thought I was gluten free but it wasn't. That was my mistake. So stay away from the aioli sauce. Most of the milkshakes are gluten free. The gluten free bun was actually gluten free so you don't have to worry about that. The waiters are very good about taking care of your allergies

Hostess and waitress were both unfriendly and made me very nervous about trusting the food to be safe. Thankfully I did not get sick, but I won't ever go back. The bun was dry and the service sucked. Red Robin's GF burgers/bun are a million times better.

Oh. My. Goodness. I literally kept saying this over and over again as I ate my Aussie burger. Quite possibly the best burger I've eaten EVER, even prediagnosis. My Aussie burger had beets grilled onions, and a fried egg. Culinary GENIUS! I think the price rating was a bit off, as it was more expensive than I expected, but my $11.50 burger (and side of gluten free fries) was worth every penny. And they were upfront on their menu about the $2 charge for the Udi's GF bun. Short Review- if you're in Nashville EAT HERE!

BEST BURGER! Juicy, cooked through, flavorful. And the GF BUN was by at the BEST I've had!! Not spongy or dry, perfect. They verified a separate fryer for fries and things like fried pickles. And the server Luke was super helpful and willing to ask questions since he was new. He even checked on the in-house ketchup since it just said 'worstershire sauce' and that can be a wheat-based gluten hazard; it was SAFE.

Burger Up completely exceeded our expectations! They had a great GF menu, and had GF buns for an additional charge. I do believe those were the best buns I've ever had, and they are from a local bakery! This is also a very family friendly restaurant. Highly recommend!

This place has gluten free buns and all of their fries are GF. I could tell the quality of local ingredients and it was delicious. I had the grilled avocado burger and the truffle fries and both did not let me down.

GREAT burgers, fries and salads! We eat here at least twice a month and have never gotten glutened. They also have a gf bun and gf regular fries and sweet potato fries. YUM!
