This was one of our favorite places to eat in the area. Two separate menus and multiple times we were asked to confirm which order was for gluten free. Best french fries ever! Ate for lunch and dinners. Lovely staff. Excellent food.

I was just expecting it to be packed but there were plenty of tables available the whole time. Lots of GF options marked on the menu. Donuts, bread service and French toast were excellent. Biscuits were not good. The surprise best item was the General Tso Cauliflower. I’d go back just for that.

We have been here several times and it is a favorite! Everything is very clearly labeled as gluten-free, and the staff is very accommodating and understanding of Celiac. Plus, their food tastes, delicious! With their new brunch service it’s added additional elements, such as donuts and waffles along with gluten-free chicken, tenders, and mac & cheese. All favorites for my daughter!

This restaurant is very focused on dietary restrictions and allergies. Half the menu is devoted to Gluten Free items and the waiters first question was about our food allergies. This is their mission- feeding good food to those of us with allergies and restrictions! I have been gluten free for 7 years and traveled around much of the country and never been to a place like this! Their lump crab cakes were gluten and dairy free and delicious! Highly recommend this place. We drove out of our way to eat here a second time while in Maryland

I feel very safe eating here. Even ordering takeout, my food comes clearly labeled gluten free with a sticker on the containers. Pretty extensive gluten free menu and they have a dedicated fryer for fries as well.

Burtons has a fantastic gluten free menu with many delicious options! I always feel comfortable eating here (and at the Riverdale Park location) because they take allergies - including celiac - very seriously. The servers are always able to answer questions and mark down that I have celiac. I have eaten here countless times and never gotten sick!

Waiter was an allergy specialist and when I said celiacs he knew what it required! Allergy meals are only on square plates. I had the crab cake app, Summer berry salad, and the NY strip. Everything tasted fantastic and no issues. Highly recommend and will be going back.

This place was amazing. They have gf menu but my husband had regular menu and they were almost identical. My husband had the gf fried haddock sandwich and I had crab crusted haddock with Mac and cheese. Everything tasted great. Lots of appetizers, main menu food and a chocolate cake that I got to go because I was to full but looks wonderful.

I am blown away by my experience here! The hostess asked if anyone needed a GF menu before we were even seated. There was a blurb on the menu about how seriously they take accommodating dietary restrictions. My food was delivered to the table separately by gloved hand with confirmation that it was gluten free. Celiac can be so isolating sometimes, especially in restaurants, but Burtons gave me a sense of normalcy and inclusivity. Great job Burtons!

I've eaten here several times and have never gotten sick. They are knowledgeable and always happy to accommodate my diet. The gluten-free menu is extensive. I love their burgers and how their buns don't get mushy or fall apart like so many others do. This is the only restaurant I've ever been to that offers a gluten-free bread service (although it is an extra cost) - the focaccia is delicious. Usually I don't have room for dessert, but I did try the cheesecake one time and it was amazing, creamy and decadent. I wish I lived in town so I could go here all the time.

Burtons has a dedicated GF menu with lots of choices. My son ordered the burger and fries and he said it was delicious, especially the bun. Also, the server brought his food out first, then our food was brought out separately. Service was great. We will be back.
