The grits were tasty but I ended up having a reaction to the omelette. The waitress seemed aware of gluten issues and pointed out my options so I was hopeful for a safe breakfast.

Our server was knowledgable and helpful (knew to steer me away from the hashbrowns because of the shared flattop, for example). I had the boudin omelet and grits and it was good. My non-GF husband really liked his giant plate of bourbon banana pancakes with candied bacon.

Waitress was dismissive. Told her I was gluten free (celiac). I get a massive headache and stomach issues for days. She told me I was just intolerant and didn’t have celiac based on my reaction. My non-celiac family was happy with what they ordered. I would not recommend for anyone avoiding gluten.

We are on holiday from the UK. We went there yesterday for breakfast but with caution due to recent reviews. Although there is no specific GF menu the Chef came to talk to me about what they could do for me and he mentioned how they avoid contaminants even before I did. (I am very sensitive). I had the crab and shrimp omelette with grits and it was delicious. I was not ill so I went back today and I was prepared my own GF eggs benedict. I cannot fault the service and just how superbly cooked the food was. We will be back again before we leave for sure.

After two years of not getting sick, I was in bed all day after having breakfast here.
Did not take celiac seriously, the server seemed to think celiac disease was a dietary fad rather than an actual condition. The food was okay, not horrible but definitely not worth it.

No GF menu. Our waiter didn’t seem to know what gluten was but one of the waitresses was able to help us navigate the menu. Had the shrimp and grits and it was AMAZING!!! No bad reactions as a Celiac. Not the easiest to navigate but great food!

The omelet was very good and I felt safe. I'm giving it 4 stars because my husband had the chicken sandwich and it was very dry. Overall, it was a little overpriced for the quality, but it was still very good.
Only a few truly gluten free items. They tell you they have gluten free “options” but the real option is to go somewhere else if you have celiac
Waitress was very knowledge about gf options. Had the healthy breakfast with no toast and extra serving of black beans.
This place was really good! They didn’t have a specific gluten free menu but they had gluten free options. I had the farmers omelette and it was super good! The server was great and the atmosphere was really fun! Also, their chai latte is probably the best I’ve ever had! I am pretty sure there is probably cross contamination so I wouldn’t suggest it for super sensitive or celiac folks.
Not really celiac friendly. No dedicated menu, no knowledge of GF. Food was meh at best. Wouldn’t go back.

We came for breakfast around 10am. When I asked about gluten free options, the waitress just shook her hair and said no. Then she pointed out a couple things I could have (fruit and avocado bowl). When I asked about grits and hash, she said she didn’t know. Didn’t offer to look/ask either. So I looked at reviews on here to decide what was safe. I went with the avocado omelet sub fruit without toast. Food was really good. No reactions.
Food here was just okay. They brought my plate out with toast on it even though I said no toast. The grits weren’t cooked all the way and the “avocado” omelet had a tiny speck on avocado on top (that was it).
Food was good, with breakfast several options. I had the avocado omelette, it was delicious. There isn’t a dedicated menu for gluten free options.
Nothing special with so many options, and I wouldn't go back. They somehow lost our name from waitlist, even though we'd gotten the text and were seeing our place in the Yelp line. They made us wait several more minutes after asking about, til I mentioned we could just go somewhere else and they gave us a table then. The waiter didn't seem too interested in us, and when I asked if they had a GF menu he said "no, being s breakfast most everything has gluten". Ok... I got the avocado omelet and hash browns, which was good but not worth the otherwise weird vibe.
Shrimp and grits was a great option but there are others. The upstairs is quite noisy.
I came for breakfast at 2:00 pm on a Monday. The avocado omelette was delicious. Make it gluten free by ordering it without the toast. Meal was only $11 and it was filling and delicious.
