Loved the food. It tasted healthy and lots of gf options. The potato skins were great and had a power bowl and green drink. It seemed safe for celiacs. I was fine after eating there.

I met a friend at Café Maná for lunch today (7/6/22). I don’t wanting to try this place for sometime but couldn’t find anybody that would go with me to a place that served mostly vegan, raw, and gluten-free food. The past reviews were definitely right on point.

I had the special which was three jackfruit tacos with black beans and it was wonderful. The guy I was with had the Portabella mushroom sandwich and really enjoyed it. We shared the Asian lettuce wraps as an appetizer and they were very tasty and had just the right amount of heat with the sauce they spring it with. There was only one server that was working the restaurant and outside today and yet the service was impeccable. Our server was very efficient and she also took time to tell us what she liked on the menu and answer questions.

I have celiac and did not get sick. Will definitely be going back and would recommend to anyone.

The only downside to this visit is that my blood sugar went crazy after eating there. I went from 160 up to about 380 and sat there for a couple of hours. I may have missed judged the amount of carbs but my guess is that there was more sugar in the foods than I would’ve thought. Regardless - great place, great food, and great service.

Living in the PNW, it's fairly easy to find good to great restaurants that understand food allergies. That is usually not the case when we travel back to the Midwest however, so finding Cafe Manna was a huge score! We ate there three times while visiting family, and each meal was excellent, with that amazing friendly service that is only in Wisconsin! Great place! Wish it was located near us!!

It's so nice to be able to go to a place where I don't have to spend a lot of time explaining myself. Excellent food, with many, many GF options, and superior service. Everyone who works here looks happy and there is a definite pride in the offerings. All GF items are clearly marked but do note that you can have many non-GF items simply by asking them to swap out an ingredient for the GF version. Everything from apps to dessert, always a GF option. Highly recommended.
