Giving three stars because I didn’t actually eat there, but I emailed them ahead to ask if they had a GF menu and if the fryers were shared. I was told certain items were marked GF and that in regard to the fryers I was told (copied from the email) “With the oil being set at 350 degrees the wheat is burnt out of the fryers and will not have cross contamination.” As we hopefully all know is horribly untrue. I politely informed them that that is not how it works but I’m concerned they may have told someone this before and it was believed. If they simply weren’t sure it would be one thing but to spread this information is dangerous and misleading.

I ate lunch here. There menu offered a small amount of GF items.Noth is labeled Dairy free The only two sides offered that is GF is Brussel sprouts and coleslaw. The only two salad dressings that are Gf and Df are honey mustard salad dressing and balsamic vinaigrette. I ended up getting the salad with fresh cooked salmon, lettuce, eggs, sliced avocado and tomatoes. Topped with bacon.

Despite some menu items being marked GF a salad with chicken came with a biscuit on top and the chicken was marinated in standard soy sauce. Celiacs should consider California Dreaming a nightmare.
GF is marked on the menu. The only GF foods are the more expensive items, steak, ribs. ect. Tacos and nachos are not GF. There are a few salad options. I ate here a few times before I was diagnosed. The food is not great, not many seafood options.
Specific GF menu with a lot of different options.
Ordered a salad and it came out with a croissant on it. Salad was pretty good though and chicken was grilled versus broiled to keep it gf.
Everything is labeled on the menu as being gf or not.

I checked with the waiter and he assured me gluten free items were marked on the menu. I ordered a Salmon Salad (marked GF) and commented to the waiter as I ordered it, I am ordering the Salmon Salad because I am gluten free and it is marked gluten free on the menu. He confirmed. When he brought the salad out the was a croissant sitting on top of the salad. I said, "This is not gluten free" and he looked confused, did not say anything and disappeared quickly. My husband grabbed the croissant off my salad. I scraped the top layer off the salad and ate the rest without any ill affects. I am not celiac and do not get sick from cross contamination - I am gluten free because of an autoimmune disease. I would NOT recommend this restaurant for actually being gluten free.

I went for lunch and found the menu did not have many gluten-free options. I chose a wing starter which was labeled as gluten-free. I double checked with our server and was assured this was completely gluten-free. I ate half of the starter which came with, again an assurance of gluten-free fries. It did not I t take long for symptoms to start as we drove back to Columbia. I've been sick for two days but finally back to normal. No inquiries were done about my problem with gluten or cross contamination procedures.

Ordered the broiled chicken salad, it came out with a croissant on it. When I sent it back the waitress came back saying the chicken is marinated in soy sauce. Salmon salad was good.
