Edit: I have twice now been sent home with a regular crust pizza after saying I have a gluten allergy. Makes me question the safety of this restaurant.

I absolutely LOVE the gluten free pizza with chickpea crust. The cauliflower crust is good too, but the chickpea crust does a better job of imitating regular pizza crust. I have gone to several CPK’s now and all staff have been knowledgeable and the food is always marked gluten-free. Take and bake pizzas are a great option for lunch the next day. 10/10!

Have eaten here several times and not gotten sick. They seem to take allergies serious here. The pizza is amazing if you like thin crust. A little in the pricey side but I usually save some for later.

Great option for pizza. Waiter was very knowledgeable. Menu was clearly marked. I had the bbq chicken and didn’t have any reaction.

Excellent!!!!! I was there with my mom and my brother (the 3 of us are Celiac) and OMG it was excellent! The taste is amazing, they have special care for the gluten free pizzas. And the best thing is that its certified by GiG!

Our waiter was knowledgeable about celiac, gluten and their safe handling process. They change gloves, have dedicated kitchen space. Their pizzas are certified gluten free and they have several other non pizza menu items to choose from. Our entire family is gluten free and we had a great experience here.

Staff knowledgeable, separate gf menu. Food handled safe, new toppings and gf pizza cutter. It tasted great, I ordered the gf margherita pizza. Shared Waldorf salad, server noted to have it prepared in a clean bowl. Everyone loved their meals. Felt good!

This was the only location I’ve ever eaten at, so my experiences are specific to that location and staff. If you’re strictly gluten free or celiac then you’ll probably be fine. However, if you have a number of other allergies then you might not be so lucky. Not all of my allergies were in their allergy menu (I have a corn allergy) and the waiter was super nice but management had no idea how to handle this. I handed them a card I have with a list of my allergies and they kept handing it back and insisting I use an iPad to type in my allergies. I explained multiple times that I needed to talk to someone instead of using the iPad but they kept pushing me to use it and eventually I did. Not surprisingly, it didn’t include all of my allergens and it said I couldn’t eat anything. We flagged down the manager again and showed him and gave him my card and he finally talked to me. The meal I had was good and I didn’t get sick or anything, but my experiences trying to talk with them and not being listened to was very frustrating. There were things on the menu I could eat and the actual conversation resolved this, but that definitely took up a lot of our time in the restaurant and I’m not sure I’d go back to that location.

We have eaten at CPK many times throughout the US and have always eaten safely. Recently, we were unsure about the GF crust because it looked different from the crust we have had before. This GF crust had rings on the bottom. The manager assured us that it was GF and took the extra step of going to the kitchen to get another GF crust to show us the rings. We appreciated the extra effort from the manager to assure that my daughter’s pizza was safe for her to eat.

One of the best GF pizza crusts I’ve ever had! And the waiter and kitchen were also very attentive to my onion and garlic sensitivity.

Great experience. Knowledgeable about gluten "allergy" and necessary procedures to decrease risk of cross contact. For example, toppings for gf pizzas stored separately and blue gloves are worn when assembling gf pizzas. Our server was exceptionally kind and careful. The margherita pizza was delicious! We experienced no symptoms and ordered a second pepperoni pizza for take out. Our server even opened new carton of take out boxes. My sons said the pepperoni pizza was great, too!

Great pizza and delicious crust! Manager was attentive and understood gf. Would definitely come back.

Close to my work, I have been eating gf here once a week for a couple years. Never been sick. Always get the salads marked GS on the menu for lunch. Excellent food. When I occasionally swing by for dinner I do get the gf pizzas. They are great tasting.

Fantastic service. Had Margherita pizza -- no symptoms after eating here! Separate GF prep area, take all the precautions very seriously. Caitlyn was bartender -- awesome customer service. Highly recommend!!

Beast Gluten Free pizza!!!

I thought it was wonderful to have a certified kitchen! I didn't get sick! The manager was super nice and explained the procedure and care they take for cooking Gf. The gf crust was well.....a gf crust. Nothing special, not much flavor and honestly I could have gotten something similar from the freezer section at publix. There were only 4 items total to choose from on the GF menu. So as nice as it was to have a GF menu at a pizza place it would have been nice to have more selections.

WOW! Best GF pizza we've ever had. And we've had a lot. We had 2 pizzas off the GF menu and 1 custom made toppings. All 3 delicious. GF nacho w/bean dip appetizer was very good. Not much other than pizza, but well worth the trip!

I was so impressed with the care that was taken to avoid cross contamination! There were quite a few things on the menu for us to choose from. Our pizza was great as well as our appetizer! Best of all, my baby didn't get sick from his food.

Manager delivered our food and shared the procedures they used to keep it gluten free. Limited GIG certified, but any pizza can be made gluten free.

Eaten here 2x and have not gotten sick. The crust does taste gluten free (find me a gluten free crust that doesn't taste gluten free), but it's what's on top of the crust that is the real deal.

Impressed that you could ask for their certified GF pizzas on the kids menu. Our coeliac daughter was very happy with her cheese pizza which came out with a GF flag by a differed server with gloves on. No ill effects. It has been very hard finding safe and appealing choices for her on our travels in America so definitely a happy customer.
