Server said they use separate cutting tools, cook it on its own tinfoil and the manager brings it to the table instead of the server. I believe their process is certified by a GF group and is supposed to be used by all locations.

I’ve gotten sick the last two times I’ve eaten here!! I figured the first time might have been a fluke cross contamination, but after the second time I’m done with CPK.

As long as you order the gluten free pizza from the gluten free menu then it is safe for Celiac's. We have eaten here many times with no problems.

Limited to 3 pizza choices that are prepared safely (we have celiac). They can't do kids pizzas GF, so be prepared to pay $16 for a large pizza that your kid eats two slices of. Also irritated that we had to pay for the kids soda (that comes free with kids meal) that we were unable to order from. Pizza is fine, but definitely tastes GF.

I went here hoping for a decent gluten free meal on the road but was disappointed. They only have 5 pizzas that are 'certified' gluten free. I ate the bbq chicken and regretted it later when I got sick. I wouldn't eat here, don't think they really know how to prepare food safely.

Not happy with the Fashion valley location. Came in early and explained that I was not gf I am a celiac asked how they handled that they said they had a GF menu that was certified but did not specify that it was only the pizza (I found out this after I received my meal). I spoke with the chef and manager as I ordered they assured me no cross contamination. When I got my meal all there was on the plate was chicken, lettuce and avocado. I asked once again about the chicken and if I could get the asparagus. When talking with the same chef again she then said the only thing certified GF and prepared in the GF area was the chicken and the rest of the salad was prepared in other parts of the kitchen and could be contaminated. I returned the salad and decided not to eat due to their lack of understanding.

Great pizza. Staff understand concerns. No problems!

Eaten here 2x and have not gotten sick. The crust does taste gluten free (find me a gluten free crust that doesn't taste gluten free), but it's what's on top of the crust that is the real deal.

We actually went twice will on vacation in SF.. it was extremely good!! The pizza is cauliflower base and my son looooved it so much we went again..

Impressed that you could ask for their certified GF pizzas on the kids menu. Our coeliac daughter was very happy with her cheese pizza which came out with a GF flag by a differed server with gloves on. No ill effects. It has been very hard finding safe and appealing choices for her on our travels in America so definitely a happy customer.

It’s always a risk at pizza places that aren’t dedicated GF, but we felt assured that the staff takes good precautions to avoid cross contamination here. And the pizza was very tasty.
