Due to the pandemic, the establishment is take out only.
When we called to order, the lady informed us that they no longer have a celiac safe kitchen, there might be a possibility of cross contamination, but they are very aware of gluten free procedures. She was extremely friendly and had us giggling before the end of the order. Pick up was a breeze other than Google maps sending us to the wrong side of the building.
We couldn't decide what to get, so we ordered a bunch of food so we would have leftovers.
The bread on the sandwiches was *divine*. Light, fluffy, amazing mouth feel and a great flavor.
The pizza? That shocked me the most. We tried a slice of "Dragon Slayer", "Hawaiian", "The Pretty Greek" and "Buffalo Chicken". Amazing toppings and lots of them.
The crust...oh the crust. It isn't a pretty crust...but it is the best pizza crust I have ever had that was gluten free. It was flavorful, and pleasantly chewy. I would have sworn it was wheat if I did not know better. (My son had a regular pizza... "Angry Meat"... He loved it).
The fact the staff is so knowledgeable about cross contamination and the risks to those with celiac make this place a step above any other take out/dine in place. Yes, there is a risk, but compared to places that stare at you blankly and think slapping an udis bun on it makes it gluten free? I am willing to accept the risk.

The staff was knowledgeable. When’s mentioned gluten free the server asked if I was Celiac. She said that everything would be kept separate. The food was excellent and I felt safe eating there.

Ate here last night- didn't get sick!! Have lots of GF options and even came back out to advise of a cross contamination issue so I could alter the order. Food was good (for us GFers and non). Gave 4 stars because service was SLOW (waiter was nice, just slow) and the food quality to money spent ratio was definately skewed in their favor. But I didn't get sick, so, can't complain too much.

We are in Wilton ME for a wedding this weekend, this is the only restaurant in town and SUPER GOOD. We’ve eaten there twice and had so much good food. My favorites have been the gf Salmon Carbonara and there gf Raspberry tart! The staff were so helpful and kind and took gf very seriously. It was super thoughtful and wonderful.
The food is delicious and they are incredibly well-organized and careful about serving gluten-free good. If you are nearby, it’s a can’t miss!

So-Mixed bag. We are local and have eaten here many times. However, even when calling ahead and making a reservation for our anniversary- we were not given GF bread like every other non-GF diner, our waiter was a jerk, and the bun was a Frozen bun, not fresh dough. Problem is the place is incredibly inconsistent. Some meals are phenomenal, others are not. When we have brought forward concerns-we have not seen any response or change. Ultimately-due to price(everything GF is upcharged-more than most places) and no guarantee of quality....we have not returned:(

Super knowledgeable on Celiac Disease & friendly staff. Great choices on a separate menu. Food came out with gluten free & allergy labels. I almost fell out of my chair when I tasted the gf garlic toast that was served with my dish (talk about heaven)! I also ordered a Blueberry Italian Soda (adults only) and the bartenders knew what mixes were gf! Can't wait to go back for lunch/dinner!

Best restaurant for Gluten free options around. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Will prepare in separate area for celiac at request!

I was in Maine for the holidays and went to this restaurant with my family. When I told the waitress that I had a gluten allergy and asked about my options she told me that most of the menu can be made GF, and if I was celiac they have gluten free bread crumbs and GF pasta will be cooked in separate water than the normal pasta. Fried foods would not be an option because of CC. I ended up ordering chicken parm with penne pasta (spaghetti was also an option). The food was delicious and I did not have any reactions. I will definitely come back here!
