They staff are generally knowledgeable but may need to confirm with kitchen. I love the chilaquiles here that come with a side of potatoes. They are not cooked in fryer so safe in that regard but generally cooked with malt vinegar which they can omit or you can ask for a side of fruit instead if you don’t feel comfortable with that. The seasoning they use is sooo good though. Chips are fried in their own fryer, anything else fried is shared fryers.

Excellent farm to table food with some grown on the premises. Portions are average sized and beautifully presented.
