I’ve been there about six times over the last seven months and four times I had no issues , twice I did. I suspect the waitress put croutons on the salad before she gave it to me, and the GF pasta may be strained in shared colander. Stick with chicken Bryan or salmon.

Menu identifies all gluten free items. Waitress was very helpful and said she would double check my order to make sure everything I ordered was in fact gluten free. I ordered the filet with mashed potatoes and broccoli.

Great selection of GF items on menu. Waitress was very knowledgeable, helpful & patient. We let her know we were Celiac right from the start. They offer Caesar salad with out croutons & it is delicious. They also offer GF soups which is hard to come by. Their GF pasta is Casarecce pasta and is one of the very best I have ever had. Neither one of us had any reaction. Highly recommend.

Got glutened badly here. The food tasted amazing, they seemed knowledgeable, and they were really kind and made us feel right at home. We wanted to think it would be okay, but cross contact happened somewhere. Sad day! I'm sure this is safe if you aren't celiac, however!
No
We had dinner here one night as a last minute plan. I have Celiac and am extremely sensitive to cross-contamination, but had no issues here. Our waitress was very helpful and our food was delicious. It was my first trip to any Carrabas and I was skeptical about avoiding cross-contamination at a restaurant that served so much "gluten," but I was very pleasantly surprised.
Yes
Had the gf shrimp pasta. Tasted really good but kind of pricey.
Order to go from here often. I've only had one occasion where it could've ended poorly and the person bringing my food to my car (to go order) caught it (a piece of regular pasta was mixed in with my gf pasta) and apologized for the wait bc they wanted to remake my entire meal. He saved me totally. Amazing service.
Yes
Had a very nice meal here tonight...good wine list...decent sized gluten-free menu. Very knowledgable staff (particularly our server, Riley)...the various runners mentioned each item as GF when something I ordered was delivered to the table. The meat on the skewers was a bit tough, which is the only reason I gave 4 stars...very safe for Celiacs though.
Yes
The restaurant staff is very friendly and there are enough options to have a satisfying meal.
The staff was nice and friendly. They took my allergy seriously. The have a button on their ordering system that automatically makes your whole order gluten free.

I've eaten here many times and feel safe enough.
I always ask for Shavon as our server. Shavon is one of the best servers anywhere! She's worked at this Carrabbas since it opened maybe 14 years ago. She is very familiar with celiac disease and is on top of it for taking care of the customer. For example, when she rings in my food, she puts the "gluten free" note like 6 times! She will also bring us our soups herself as another precaution.
Recently they changed their type of gluten-free pasta here and it's a bowtie pasta that cooks much better than the previous pasta.
A side of alfredo sauce doesn't cost extra. I sometimes ask for this for my broccoli.

Just ate here a few days ago. Very disappointed. When my plate arrived there was hardly any pasta on the plate. Maybe a quarter cup? Not cool when the entree is $24.99 for chicken. I should have said something but we waited so long for our food I didn’t want to hold up the rest of my party. They also changed the gf pasta to bowties. The other gf pasta was much better in my opinion. In addition, we watched the cook wash off the grill with pasta water. Ugh! Not sure I want to go back.

Carrabbas was one of my favorite places to eat before my celiac diagnosis. I was so excited to find out that many items on their menu are labeled gluten free. Even my favorite menu items! They did sub in gluten free pasta with their Alfredo for me and the pasta was over cooked and pasta sauce was incredibly bland BUT honestly I have never gone there for their pasta. I lean towards their steak and chicken dishes.
