Cross contamination after making my needs very clear to the server. Had a fried onion string (obviously did not order) under my gluten free bun. Also they served my salad with croutons, so I had to send it back to get remade.

Not sure what the deal is. Everyone else has left such great reviews! But every time I try, I'm clear in my dietary needs and order very clearly gluten free off the gluten free menu and still end up sick! It's not as sever as if I were to eat gluten but there has to be some sort of CC going on. I've ordered a variety of things and have even avoided fries and did a bun less burger once too. Still sick on the days following.

I have Celiac's and have been GF for 11 years. I eat here regularly and have not experienced problems. They always have a manager bring my food out separately from others to assure me it is GF. I love it there! Great GF buns on the burgers.

The burger was fabulous and the manager personally delivered it and made sure it was done correctly.

This place is great at catering to gluten free. Their cook always delivers my food in person and I love that they have gluten free burger buns and fries. In fact, I have been so pleased with their service that we had our rehearsal dinner here before our wedding. Their gluten free menu isn't the biggest but honestly, if I am coming to a burger joint, I'm going to just order a burger anyway.

No separate gluten free menu but the staff was very knowledgable. Gluten free hamburger bun was not "awesome" (We have yet to find one that is amazing) but good. Separate gluten free fryer. One of our easiest gluten free meals out so far!

Usually love this chain and have had really great experiences, but not here. I ask for a gluten free menu and I am told they don't have any because they were too outdated. Then I got a regular menu which was irritating because not all ingredients are listed. Will not frequent this location in the future unless I see major improvement in reviews because it isn't worth the risk of being sick.

Went to Southport location...management was nice enough but got wrong order (asked for plain burger and got cheese so they had to remake, ordered gf sweet pot fries) and also given lots of stares from staff. To top it off I DID get a reaction! Management was nowhere to be seen to ask if I was well and why I was unable to finish meal... And waiter sure didn't care except for first five minutes of eating the burger withut cheese.

Had a reaction to the barbecue bacon burger, pretty strong one at that. Been here several times before with other items- every other time went off with out a hitch.

Just had the BBQ burger on GF bun & GF fries. Informed them of my allergy at time of order & ordered from their GF menu. Had a really bad reaction (more than just cross-contamination can account for) & won't try that menu item again. Willing to give it another go with another item and I'll post an update when I do.

Love it here! My husband asked if I felt like a princesses yet the first time we went because they are so accommodating and try so hard to avoid cross contamination. They even have glutwn free silverware. The cook delivered our order personally and the manager told me the brand of buns they use.

Nice menu. Best place for a burger with bun. Be sure to speak to the manager before or as you order to guarantee against cross contamination.

Update: Sadly this place has closed. Shame

Best GF burger I've had in a long time! Service was a little slow but very friendly and the manager brought out our food to us! They have a separate frier for the fries and made sure to reassure us that they try their best to avoid cross contamination (however they do have a disclaimer stating that it is still a possibility) Over all it was amazing though, and we will be coming back!

The staff here was very helpful. If they did not know the answer, they went and found someone who did. The made sure all of our food and drink was made safely. We had a lovely time here and would come back again.

This place used to be a lot better. They changed the menu and staff and it went through a rough patch with the gluten free but they’re starting to get their act together again. Be sure to double/triple check the meal isngluten free and the fries were in the dedicated fryer. They have two fryers, one for fries and other gluten free options and the other for non gf options. Sometimes one fryer breaks but they usually warn you of the situation.
