The staff was very understanding, and I was able to get a grilled chicken sandwich with their gluten free bun. However, they did put my fries in with my husband’s food, so I couldn’t eat them, but I didn’t get sick!

The staff is very understanding!
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
You can taste the chemicals in the grilled chicken. Very unappetizing, got sick.
Not a huge selection.. But I took another reviewers recommendation and got the grilled nuggets, their waffle fries, and cole slaw. I really liked it, and didn't seem to have any reaction to it. It's nice to have another fast place to eat every now and then.
I usually get the grilled chicken nuggets, waffle fries, cole slaw and lemonade and have been fine. They fry the fries in their own frier as does Red Robin and the Farmers Gastropod. The grilled nuggets are cooked separately from items that have gluten. I am also very sensitive too and have not had an issues there. I can see why someone would be cautious since some of the upfront people working there look a little confused when I ask them about GF options. It is the only drive-thru fast food restaurant that I go to that is safe. I ask to have the order separately if ordering with a non-GF meal. The breading would travel all over the bag.

My Celiac makes me VERY sensitive, always has...I've eaten here numerous times & haven't had an issue w getting sick. This is the only place in all of Springfield, MO that I can have french fries with exception of Red Robin.
I was so happy to find it! It was hiding. I had already checked menus at all the restaurants. Very pleased to get a grilled chicken. Their buns are great!

I’ve actually never had a reaction at this location and this is usually the location we go to when order through mobile order from Chick-Fil-A. I know in the past you were able to put a comment on mobile orders and I usually added gluten allergy, so you may have to go through the regular drive thru to let them know you have an allergy. However, I have not personally had any issues. Their fries and hash-browns are good too. 🥰

The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.
