The only thing you can be sure is gluten free are their buns. You have to look everything else up on a separate site because their app doesn't tell you and it's pretty vague and confusing. This lead me to getting the spicy GRILLED chicken sandwich thinking it was gf like the regular and I was glutened. I went back and checked later to realize it's not on their "probably doesn't contain gluten but who actually knows" list. It is a plus that they fry their fries separately, though, and they are generally safe.

I had a positive experience here. The only negative was that they forgot to give me my gluten free bun. It’s great that it comes in a vacuum sealed package to avoid cross contamination.

I have complete faith in getting a safe meal at Chick-Fil-A except this location. I ordered waffle fries and a gf free sandwich, but didn't check the order until after I left the store and discovered a breaded sandwich and that my ticket was not flagged for Gluten Free. When I called them about it and asked for manager I was told "sorry, they didn't know how serious you were about Gluten free", and was told I could probably still eat most of it safely!! Shocked, I told them I could eat none of it since the bread was on the fries, and was told they were sorry and offered nothing more. I contacted headquarters who informed me that each store is individually owned, but they would pass along my complaint. I heard nothing. I would avoid this restaurant when looking for a safe meal option.
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
This is a new one that just opened, we've already eaten here a few times & I've had no issues (I have Celiac & get sick QUICKLY). I typically get the Grilled Nuggets & have never had any issues at any location. They fry the waffle fries separate from breaded foods. I haven't had any issues w any sauces either....love the Honey BBQ. So glad there's one closer to home now!
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
